a while ago, I made the mistake of buying a shirt from this website only to be shown some strange, unprofessional email address. Kinda weird for a website with it's own domain. So I hopped onboard google and quickly checked the reviews, which were plentiful and all said the same thing. BUYER BEWARE.

So within less than 2 hours of placing it, I reached out to cancel my order. HE responded in minutes and refused to cancel and said it was already *in transit* and there's nothing that could be done. I asked for a tracking number, which could prove that it had already been shipped, but he refused to provide it.

Weeks later, still no crummy t-shirt that I didn't want. And then, I get an email from him saying that oops, something happened during shipping and he'll have to send new tracking information. (no, it didn't)

Again, I asked him to cancel my order -- this time attaching the terms from his own website! At the time, it indicated that clients had 12 hours to cancel their order for ANY REASON. Which seemed to be far from my situation, as I so mentioned to him.

FINALLY, I got MY money back. And thank goodness, no t-shirt!

If a client doesn't want to do business with you, it's strange to try and force them to do so. ALSO, when looking up the business address listed on the website, it goes to a bus stop in front of TIM HORTON's in Alberta. The phone number +1 780 4402479? ALSO TIM HORTON's. Is this guy moonlighting at Timmy's on the side? I doubt it.

And that my friends is the only thing Canadian about his business, myshirtscanada.com.

Total scam! They won't reply to my email! They sent me the wrong size t-shirt and it's a cheap quality fabric and a fuzzy image probably ripped off the internet ironed on! Can't reach them through the phone number listed on their website - out of service! Surprise... I can't believe I was scammed again! I should've looked at this website first but got fooled by their "Contact us" page which lists 3 addresses in Canada - I've just verified and one is for Krispy Kreme in Toronto, another is for a cannabis store in Banff, etc. Get the picture? SCAM! 😡

My fault for not reading the reviews first before I ordered. This company should be reported to Better Business Bureau.
1) While they did mention on their website (Order Tracking) that the delivery is between 10-15 days, they did make you think it's coming from their Edmonton location. Not from China.
2) The quality of the shirt is of lower quality than what you paid for.
3) The print is of very low quality like it's been done by a grade schooler at home.
4) Worse of all, the print is crooked! Never even bothered to make this part right! So embarrassing to give as a gift to the bday recipient.

Very misleading. Products ship from China and are poor quality. Not a Canadian company as the name would have you believe. Don’t shop here!!!

This company is a HUGE scam. They say they are from Alberta Canada, but come the items come from China, not only that when you go to call the you get a Tim Hortons in Canada, then when you don't receive your item they give you the run around and every excuse in the book and then eventually not respond to you at all! Still waiting for my over $30 refund. They are very rude and not helpful at all. STAY AWAY!

This is a terrible company do use them . Anything you return has to go to China . This is Not a Canadian company . It’s a joke😩😩😩😩

I should have researched more, but it was two t-shirts from what I thought was a Canadian company. I paid $20 in shipping and 10 days later when I track my order it is still in China. I will have no use for the panda t-shirts which were for a themed birthday party this weekend.
Do not give this company your money.

I ordered a sweatshirt from this company on the 4th of January 2022 and have yet to receive the product or a refund. This business purports to be located in Edmonton, Alberta however they are located in China. I have emailed them SEVERAL times to request a refund and they just keep telling me the order was lost, they will re-ship, they send phony tracking information and and still nothing. Now they are ghosting me and won't respond to my emails. I lost $50.00, shame on me for trusting this company and not reading more reviews such as the ones listed on this site. Do yourself a favour and DO NOT order from this company!

Scam! I ordered a tshirt, which I did recieve. The quality was low. An iron on graphic on a cheap tshirt. I tried to contact them to return it. No reply after repeated attempts. Address on website is actually a fast food restaurant in Edmonto Alberta! Item shipped from China.

I would not even give a star for this fake company. They are using Tim Horton's phone number in Edmonton and also their address.
Please do not purchase from this company. They are not reliable, they don't offer refund, they don't even know how to do business.

Everything you see in these reviews is true, sadly enough.
Just recieved my shirts, the quality is less then acceptable. Wasn't expecting retail quality but this isn't even flee market quality, just being brutally honest. Pixellated iron on images.
Please don't spend your hard earned money on these.
Was going to try to return but after reading the reviews here and reading their non liability policies on their site, I know it'll just be more time wasted.
A tad nervous that they have banking and personal info. Will be contacting the Canadian Business Bureau.

What a "JOKE" Ordered a men's medium for my Autistic grandson. Quickly switched the size to a kids medium ,and before I could change it, they stead it was sent.
They said we could send it back to China at our expense ,and they would send the right for another delivery charge. DO NOT DEAL WHITH THESE THEAVES.

Big time scam alert. The address and phone number used for this business is a Tim Hortons in Edmonton. Ridiculous.

Stay away and DO NOT add in your payment information! It will automatically charge and you will never hear from them again. No tracking, nothing.

I decided to order a Christmas gift from a local company but like everyone else got scammed. I was shocked to find out that they ship from China. If I had known that I would not have bought from them in the first place. I ordered the item on November 27th and didn't receive it until December 30th. Everytime I emailed the company the only response is to wait 2-3 days and check the tracking information again. They don't care at all about the customer.

I purchased a Xmas gift for my boyfriend on Dec 9th. Thinking that this company is Canadian that shipping wouldn't take long. After placing the order, I got a tracking number where it was coming from China which I found odd. I always check reviews before buying stuff online but in a rush I didn't. My boyfriend was not happy with his gift. Told me that the picture was poorly cut, the shirt size was wrong. Upon further looking at the lettering on the shirts, I noticed that the letters were not all done properly.

Please do not buy from this company. I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau. If you have purchased from this company, please take the time to file a complaint with BBB so this company can be shut down.

Ordered something from here thinking it is a Canadian company, only to find out it is a Chinese company pretending. Wanted to return the item for a refund as quality was poor but return address on the website is a Tim Hortons! Do not buy from here.
