Misleading original email. Turns out you are subscribing to a membership scheme. This is never clearly set out. Had to cancel my card to ensure no further payments taken.

Je vous demande instamment de cesser ces prélèvements et de me rembourser tout ce que vous m'avez indûment pris. Vous n'avez pas daigne faire le nécessaire jusqu'a present malgre mes relances. Je vais deposer une plainte si vous n'intervenez pas immédiatement. Je compte sur vous. Merci

Your whole attitude was fraudulent

So they have taken over £ 400 in subscriptions and were notifiying me via emails to my Junk inbox. I assumed the mails were junk as I don't buy perfume ever. I have no clue how they got my details let alone my bank details (they said oh you mist have shared your details in our shop) and they refuse to share any information with me so I can't determine where this took place) . After 2 hours with 4 different agents in a chat and sending all the details they offered to refund £23. I was furious and they then said a supervisor would be in touch within 7 days. This is a scam. They say they hold your money on crdeit so you have to buy perfume... I want my money back they did this over 7 months. Comeon on guys -
