PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM MYSA. Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a shirt and not only did it take weeks to arrive, they sent the wrong one! Their inbox keeps getting full so half of my emails bounce back and when they told me to return the shirt for a refund, the address is in China. So this is a Chinese brand not a London one (despite the name) or even Dutch as per the website. Avoid at all costs. Please.

I cancelled my order within 5 minutes of reading the reviews, this is a scam - DO NOT USE Mysa-London. They are not what they seem, the email address bounces back, telephone number doesn't exist and the address is Netherlands but they're based in China. I've still not received a refund, even though my order never left the warehouse. I can say goodbye to my money but want to warn others, the website should be shut down but guess they'll just set up under a different name. Please be careful when ordering online.

Do not buy from Mysa. Poor quality, misrepresentation, sent me a dress so completely different from the one I ordered. They do not reply to emails, nor do they answer their phone. Complete con artist company.

There was nothing wrong with the purchase, and the coat arrived promptly. However, it was far too small, despite being advertised as extra large, and then the problems started.
The company is impossible to contact by telephone. There is a mobile number on the website, but it just clicks off every time you call it. Also extremely difficult to contact by email, as most messages ping straight back saying their mailbox is full.
Occasionally you get a reply, but any returns have to be sent to China! Totally impractical.

Scam scam Alert. Be very careful with this my INSURENCE scam. These are the company buys from temu. Low quality and sales it online as well mysa London. When you see the name, you think London base quality seller but they aren't. They are scamers. به carefully and. If you you buy you cannot return. They force you to keep for discount. Which is they make huge impact on profit because it is bought on temu.

Do not wsste your money! I will never buy from them again and do not recommend this company or their products.
Firstly, the quality of the cardigan I bought was rubbish, sleeves were short (looked like they had shrunk in the wash) and then the returns process was a nightmare.
I checked the small print and cannot find any information to imply that the items come from and need to be returned to China!! So when you want to return, the cost is ridiculous (the cardigan cost £40 and return cost was just over £20). You are paying a large sum of money to be left with nothing!!
They need to inform buyers where their overseas warehouse is to give us a chance to check return postage before purchase.
I refused to pay that much money and now have a cardigan that I'm not going to wear.
So overall, a waste of money, time and very stressful 😒

This company is fake. They sale items that have never been in a store. They are all seconds from China. They offer half the money back which I took as the postage back to China is expensive. Stay well away from Mysa they are not in London.

Terrible. Would never use again. They refused me a refund. The item ordered was wildly overpriced as I have since learned. Very frustrating.

I should have looked on Trust Pilot first but went with the reviews on their site.
My swimsuit took over 10days to arrive and extremely disappointed is an understatement!
The swimsuit is not as advertised. I received an email to say they don’t offer a refund but would send another one but would have to pay extra .

Doesn't even deserve one star, do not deal with this company. Can't email, returned item to china st the cost of £20, sent proof, still no refund

Don’t EVER order from this company. TOTALLY unscrupulous.

I received a bag from my husband for Christmas which he’d bought from them.
It looked ok but first time I used it the stitching on the handle came away.
Contacted them to organise a return or replacement and quickly received what looked like an AI generated response. Their policy apparently states unless you inform them in 7 days of receipt that an item is faulty they won’t accept return or offer refund.
Have now emailed them a number of times pointing out this contravenes UK consumer rights, I get the same response.
I’m now trying Citizens Advice to see if they can help.

Linen dress was appalling quality when it arrived. Returns policy is impossible as address final given is in China. Impossible to email them. Message pings back inbox full. My email address has now been blocked because I have pestered so much. Shocking. Trading standards need to investigate. This is scamming at a different level. Beware.

I ordered small size, bootleg trousers. Would fit people 2 sizes bigger than I am.
Poor cut and horrible material that felt scratchy on my legs.
I will never use this company again.

Purchased a ladies supposedly linen and cotton shirt which turned out to be polyester and spandex. Complete misrepresentation on website. Dreadful quality product. Company does not answer e mails. Telephone number on website is false. Returns impossible. Do not buy anything from MYSA. I think I’ve been scammed.

I ordered a leather handbag, what was delivered was definitely not leather, cheap rubbish. Please don't waste your money

Mysa London is a scam! My niece ordered for a dress on my behalf, first it took them forever to deliver. Secondly, the dress they collected £75 for was a far cry, the quality extremely very poor.

Avoid avoid avoid do not use this company returns impossible 30 day return will keep you hanging on till 30 days are up then say sorry can't do anything as 30 days has elapsed please save your money and stress
