I have used the RNK NAD plus injection program for several months. I found it very effective. I also want to give high praise to their clinical staff for answering many of my questions and lastly, their Customer Service staff for working with me over the last couple months to make sure I got the right dosage to meet my needs highly recommend RNK health

RNK Health is a great company with great customer service. I’ve received my NAD+ every month on time and was kept informed every step along the way. The product itself is amazing, I am very happy with the results so far. My brain fog cleared almost immediately and had an increase in energy. I will definitely be recommending RNK Health to my friends and family.

Nothing dramatic, but I do feel a bit more steady energy during the day. Not crashing as hard by the evening.

Stay away…. Horrible customer service. Impossible to get answers for simple questions… they give you the run around until you give up. The eh reduces my prepaid NAD + prescription from 3 shots a week to 2… I asked why… they referred me to a nurse, she said based on the notes the should continue my dosage. Called customer service who referred me to clinician… they told me it was RNK’s policy and they were being told not to prescribe more than 2 shots a week and I should call customer service if I had a problem with it. I went from 2 months of 3 shots a week to 2 shots a week. They do not answer emails. But when I called to get my last month of prepaid, I was told they would elevate the issue. I got a call from a nurse who was going to refer me to a clinician (again)…. But said she would have it elevated with customers service instead of keeping me on the merry go round. I’ve yet to get an answer. And now the real kicker is I’m getting marketing emails touting their high dosages. I don’t know if it the bait and switch or what. But I suggest finding a more reputable company to do business with. I had 3 different scripts with them at one time. I never got a smooth or timely delivery. Or ever get any answers that are honest or justifiable. Every order has been problematic. I know I’m not the only one that has faced this experience with them. Once they have your money, it just doesn’t matter if you get your meds or service.

This company is the absolute worst. You pay premium prices for concierge service and get...excuses. I purchased a three month subscription, anticipating three shipments of product (reasonable, right?). After the first two shipments, all I got was excuses that the "pharmacy" was reviewing what happened and would release it after determining the shipment was "proper." Pharmacies don't dictate shipments by prescription, providers do. This was just a ridiculous lie, and when I called them on it, I got no response. Now that I see these reviews, I understand this is SOP for RNK.

It was quick, easy and thorough.

I'm not huge on supplements, but this one's been decent so far. Workouts feel a little stronger, recovery might be better? Hard to tell exactly but I kept taking it.

I ordered from RNK. I was charged for the medication. They sent it not once but twice through UPS which is another joke for delivery services. They have lost this twice.
Now RNK refuses to send it out anymore unless I have a different address to deliver to.
I guess it’s my fault that I live where I have a USA address.

I had a hysterectomy when I was 44. I felt like nothing. HRT worked , sure. But I have felt like I have been lacking in energy. My Rnk has given me another shot at being able to have more steady regular energy. Looking forward to the next dosage. I don’t even need coffee. All coffee does is make me jittery and it’s too much. I love the nad+ .

I wasn’t approved to take the medication, order was canceled, and they said I’ll still be charged. Refund was not an option regardless of whether or not I received (the order was not processed) or could take the medicine. And then the rep, Branden Mitchellson, offered to send the medicine even though I was not approved to take. My only option now is to dispute the charge with my CC company.
