Had an issue with an email address but Ilayda was very supportive helping me fix my issue!

Good communication and clear path to resolution. Sorted out issue with my employer only providing a phone number and not wanting to use online form. Representative took the time to call me and explain it was all in hand. Nice to have a personal touch

Llayde was very patient with me when receiving emails from my housing association, they were deleting emails I’d sent to them and even got my address wrong on my form. It has taken a while to pass information on. This is all new to me and it wasn’t a quick process due to my housing association. Llayde has been quick with her responses and updated everything there and then.

There seems to be technical difficulty with linking MyRentalCV to the LettingWeb accounts, but Ilayda did not hesitate to assist me in sending my profile over manually to the rental agency. Thank you!

Companies like this shouldn't exist.

Every agency is now using it and they use the most invasive questions. We need regulation to stop this awful practice..

Agencies now require you give all your data to this 3rd party company just to get a viewing. My rental CV ask invasive questions about every aspect of your your life. No doubt they will have a massive data leak in the future. I implore everyone not to use this god awful company for the good of us all. Hopefully it goes out of business soon.

Any company that wants this much data from you is not a company that you can trust with your data

Ilayda was very helpful. She called me back and checked my paperwork had gone thru.Reception staff friendly and my calls were answered straight away.

We had some issues with our landlord getting our review in correctly. He kept getting error messages. Customer Service was very helpful in resetting the request and finally entering the landlord's review. Because of their help, I was able to get a viewing for a property I was very interested in.
