Took months to get a reply, then said they couldn't find my pensions. It feels more like a standard "couldn't be bothered" reply.

I don't understand how going from an enquiry has progressed to you taking control of my pensions - the process moved too fast, I was not frequently informed and felt that I had lost control of my pensions.

I would’ve not even remembered in my wildest dreams some of the pensions I had if it wasn’t for raindrop. Raindrop has a very clean interface making it very simple to use. I love the pension graph. Watching my pension grow has become very addictive! Would recommend!

This promises to be a good pension for someone who, like me, is looking for a passive solution with lifestyling (I also have active and active ethical strategies with lifestyling on other pensions). A charge of 0.75% is the maximum permissible under auto-enrolment; I feel it could be somewhat cheaper as assets under management increase, e.g. Aegon offer IPSE members a SIPP with a lifestyled, mid-risk workplace default at 0.23% all-in (platform and fund costs).

I do like the ability to view the investment in graph form - competitors such as Penfold and L&G do not currently offer this (nor lifestyling, for that matter).

The asset allocation seems to be inaccurate when I look at the underlying fund, which might be because they are reporting the allocation back in May 2020, after the Covid-19 drawdown, but fortunately the underlying fund has a suitable allocation for what I'm looking forward and the lifestyling also descends to 40% equity rather than the lower 30-40% range of some competitors like Vanguard.

They could improve this pension by reducing the charges below 0.75%, launching an App and publishing up-to-date asset allocation information. But my favourite for a simple SIPP when compared to Vanguard, Penfold, L&G or Pension Bee.
