It’s an excellent service. I always have plenty of notice as to which day they’re coming and when they clean they do a great job. The one time I thought there was an issue, Chris came back straight away, but it turned out to be my window, not their cleaning, that was at fault!

New Window Cleaning Customer
New Window Cleaning Customer… Got a quote from Lee and the team after they were referred to me by multiple Neighbours. Quoted via email after an onsite visit. This first visit wasn’t a normal clean as I wanted the mastic cleaned around the windows as the previous window cleaned told me it wasn’t possible. When I came home after the work had been completed I was blown away with the results. Great communication, Fantastic job. Would definitely recommend A+ Service

I'm happy with the service we got from the Newport franchise- they turned up on time, took care in what they were doing, considered impact to neighbours and where necessary cleaned up accordingly, they returned the area back to how they found it.
We had a roof and deck clean, results are as good as can be expected given the rigours of weather over time. Massive difference in the roof in comparison to neighbours, improves kerbside appeal and means no more moss bombs on the patio, at least in the short/medium term. I think only time will tell if good value turns into excellent value for money.

I was introduced to Stuart Smart of My Property Pros, Bournemouth, through a mutual colleague, who noted that he comes highly recommended for exterior cleaning. Our patio was fitted around 12 years ago, and while we have invested in regular annual cleaning, over time it had become badly stained from falling leaves, weather, spillages, and—more recently—endless seagull mess. What was once a beautiful Mediterranean-style patio of white and red brick had lost its charm.
Stuart and Kieran spent significant time preparing the patio before working their magic. Using professional techniques and specialist products, they achieved results far superior to any of our previous annual cleaners. The difference is remarkable—our patio now looks almost brand new.
Their attention to detail extended beyond the patio itself, with a thorough clean and tidy of our conservatory entrance, French doors, and front door. Everything now gleams.
From start to finish, Stuart was professional: providing a prompt and competitive quote, delivering excellent service, and being a pleasure to welcome into our home. He and Kieran treated the property with the utmost care.

Excellent gutter clean
William visited our house today for a gutter clean and also clean of the window frames. The job was completed to an extremely high standard and some extra work was even completed on the window sills. Unfortunately I was out (had to play golf) but my wife was in and she said that the two boys she calls everyone under forty boys, that they were so very polite and worked non stop, and did a very good and detailed job, have to say that when I came home after a hard game of golf, that I had to agree with her, I could not find any thing wrong with the work at all will definitely be having them back, because I wasn't at home they did not try to take advantage of a woman on her own by not doing the job properly,that goes a long way in my book a very professional company and the people who work for them.
