The house was clean, fast replies when I had messaged and very pleasant overall experience

Worst experience I have ever had with a letting company incompetent management staff namely Elena very inconsiderate when I had to break my contract with them… explain I was enduring more and more dept staying in but did she did not want to listen… it took me to have to book myself in for a stay and change locks to my apartment to regain possession of it, which ended up costing me money… there is no transparency on how money is deducted they deduct more than half your earnings and you hardly make anything out of it… I had 2 properties managed by them an apartment and a house… One of the beds in the house broke and they volunteered to replace it only to dump the broken frame in the garden for months and did not bother to clear it out until a neighbour told me it had been dumped in the garden… the garden was not being maintained yet they were advertising the house to have an accessible garden, I could write a whole book of why never to give your property for them to manage… Elena has zero HR skills she is very unempathetic unprofessional and inconsiderate I do wonder how she is managing other properties because I found her whole conduct atrocious!!! If at all possible please avoid this company!!!!

Very happy with this property

My wife and I traveled from over seas and stayed in an apartment in East Grinstead while visiting family in the area. During that time, we rented a car. We were giving a key fob to enter the parking garage, told which spot to park in, and followed the directions given to us by the host. We were never given any parking tickets or told what we were doing was incorrect.

A month after we arrived home we were contacted by the car rental company that we had parking tickets for parking in the garage. By this time, the window to dispute the tickets had closed and the fine increased an additional 40 pound (100 total). On top of that, the rental car company charge us an additional 240 as an administrative fee to pay the fine. As of now, we've been notified of at least 6 PCNs and the total cost to me is +700 pound.

Welcomed by Luke who was great - told us about local restaurants and on site facilities- what a lovely and helpful guy. - a real asset to you. Our apartment was good, clean and had all we needed (didn’t realise there was a washer /dryer which was handy!)

Everything was clean, the place was safe and didn’t face any trouble, the check in was easey as the check out . The host kept contacting to support if any questions i had. In the middle of the town great spot, overall a perfe Cozy place to stay at. Thankyou🤍

This place is a gem, it has absolutely all you need in a flat, the host thought of everything. The location is great, next to an upscale restaurant and within walking distance of shops and entertainment, very close to the train station, you actually walk from there. Internet is fast, also I must add the photos don’t do it justice as it is quite spacious, will definitely stay again and again at this place. Compliments to the host for being so attentive and keeping the place running so smooth and spotless

The property is well equipped, modern, comfortable and in a great location. The manager was helpful, friendly and polite.

This would be a 5 star review except for the number of messages / emails that I received. Nine from booking to check out is excessive.

Description of property on vrbo was for the most part totally false.
Advertised king size bed. It was a double.
Advertised a balcony to have your morning coffee or evening glass of wine.No balcony!
Advertised dishwasher. Nope none
Advertised fully equipped kitchen. No coffee maker, no teapot. No salt and pepper shakers, one wine glass, non microwaveable plates ( only 2 of those) and bowls. No flipper to flip eggs. One small mildewy smelling sponge to wash dishes.
Washer and dryer but dryer didn’t work.
Advertised outdoor space. None
Advertised office. None
Dresser in bedroom damaged beyond use.
Tv not working. They did come fix that but came in without our knowledge and then didn’t tell us.
Didn’t give us a key for garage bins.
Communication horrible and when I asked to have half our money refunded because of the lies in the ad I was ghosted.
And VRBO was useless.
We were there 4 nights.

They made everything easy

A professional and super host. I would recommend 100%. Also children friendly with all amenities and services catered for. 😊

Clean descent place, can’t ask for more for the price

Always amazing

We are staying in Hill House Apartments, 124 Pentonville Road, N1 9FH, Greater London, United Kingdom which is managed My property host and we are more than disappointed with the property given the high price and so called promised "amenities"

1.  I have had to call several times about TVs and no-one has sent anyone over even though they are aware of the problem as none of the TVs are working.
2. The couch and table have burn spots, and it's not clean. On top of this being a non-smoking flat we found a pile of cigarettes in an ash try on the balcony
3. The coffee machine was full of rubbish.
4. The balcony lamp was broken, with glass shattered on the floor and still on the second day of our stay no one has cleaned it up even though there is shattered glass all over the balcony. 
5. It seems the property was not properly cleaned and messy once we arrived even when paying 100 pounds for cleaning. 
6. We had to wait for more than 30 minutes on the street in order to check in. 
7. The bed in one room is missing the support under the mattress, and it's full of construction dust and some powder. This leaves a long gap and is a safety hazard when you get up.

This is extremely uncalled for, and we do not appreciate the false advertising for this property and we are extremely disappointed with the apartment and the customer service.

Had a great stay in Ashford. Hosts were responsive and friendly. The property was beautiful too.
