14 business days delivery time
Everything seems ok. Ordered a Christmas special. Then it takes about 3 days to print. Fine. Then I get an email "you can expect delivery in 10-14 business days". ?? Of course won't be on time for Christmas. Useless. Avoid at all cost.

Wow! I had decided that I needed to lower my expectations so as not to be disappointed. But when I received my order (10 88-piece jigsaws, each a different photo) I was absolutely blown away with the quality. Everything, from the initial order process was easy, the delivery tracking was efficient, and my order arrived promptly, through to the quality of printing and finish which was an 11 out of 5. I am so coming back to order more items. Sooo impressed!!

Took a long time
Took a long time, also there is nothing on the back to hang my print. Not sure how I am going to hang it. Who frames a picture without puting a way to hang it?
Also its not an Australian company...this is extremely misleading

Based in Germany, not in Australia so very misleading. Print quality isn’t that great and the two pictures I chose look overly stretched and awful. The sizes are quite small too. Disappointed I went with this company as I really don’t think the quality is worth the price.

Communication appalling
The canvas I ordered was good. I also ordered the stars print with a frame. The frame is flimsy and has no glass or even plastic as protection for the print. I have emailed and the communication has been absolutely appalling. I have had to send emails to 3-4 different people send screen shots of payments and it has all been going around in circles and the issue is still not sorted. I have asked for a refund for the frame and the additional postage it costs and they go around in circles. I will certainly never be buying from this company ever again.

Then if you raise an issue, they don’t care. They told me, after delivery took ages and I missed the person birthday; that they don’t have to give a refund. As I had been inconvenienced, I asked to return the faulty product at their cost and I requested a refund. This ping pong has been going on 1 month. They take days to reply and they are obnoxious
