Paid 1.99 never got confirmation email. Couldn't log in, contacted customer service and they told me to contact after the pending status was gone with my bank account. 2 days later I sent a new screenshot and then they told me it was not them that charged me. Even though I was never routed away from their website. So I couldn't cancel my subscription so I hope they have fun trying to collect payment from a debit card that is canceled. Garbage company ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. And they should be ashamed.

It stated it was free on the front page, so I took the quiz, then it would not show the result unless I sign up and pay.

Said it was a one time purchase, then continued to charge me 27 bucks and I cancelled my account but was continued to be charged

Das man nach Zahlung der 1,99 für den Test ein Abo abschließt ist nicht für jedermann klar erkennbar. Nach der Zahlung habe ich, weil ich das Abo erkannt habe, direkt per E-Mail unter Angabe aller relevanten Vertragsdaten gekündigt. Davon ausgehend, dass der Fall damit klar erledigt ist, vergaß ich mypersonality und die Character Types LLC vollständig. 3 Monate später musste ich feststellen, dass das Unternehmen trotz meiner Kündigung fröhlich jeden Monat 27,88 USD von meinem Konto abbuchte. Das bestehende Abo hätte zusätzlich noch unter meinem PayPal-Konto gekündigt werden müssen. Im normalen Zahlungsverkehr ist mir dieser Umstand in meinem PayPal Konto leider auch nicht offensichtlich angezeigt worden. Nachdem ich die Abbuchungen dieses Unternehmens festgestellt habe, habe ich die Abbuchungen sofort zurückgefordert und PayPal hat meine Rückbuchung bisher für eine Zahlung bewilligt. Die anderen Abbuchungen habe ich nicht zurück erhalten. Ich musste allerdings erst die Bestätigung des Unternehmens über die abgeschlossene Transaction und auch meine Kündigung einreichen. Also viel Lärm für nichts. Dafür hat sich dieser Test nicht gelohnt. Wer gerne so viel Geld jeden Monat für solche Art von Tests zahlt dem steht es natürlich frei den Service dieses Unternehmens zu nutzen. Eine Kündigung scheint in jedem Fall aber schwierig zu sein.

I was informed on what kind of personality I have.

I tried canceling this subscription 4 times already and still they keep on billing me. I sent emails, spoke to them over the phone, the result is always the same: they apologize, say they will refund the charges and nothing happens. They are an absolute scam.

Please never us this service thy took about 40 dollars right out of my account for a subscription which I didn't make . I can't seem to cancel my subscription either

Great experience with customer service they were able to help me when right away and cancel my subscription when I asked them too.

In depth questions. Very accurate reading. I honestly feel like I know myself even better after taking this test. My ex had told me what his type was, and I thought it was interesting, and reaffirming that it said him and I wouldn't be super compatible. Makes sense! 5 stars and two thumbs up. Very interesting!

The site advertises the test and results as free. After completing ~50 questions, I was required to pay to see results with no visible free option. I requested a refund and it was granted, but the flow felt misleading. Otherwise the website is well designed. It’s just deceiving.

Not nice, they will ask you to answer 50 questions then ask you to pay, bait and switch, not cool

Bitte beachten, es gibt keinen Hinweis, nur im Kleingedruckten. Man zahlt 1,99 USD und bekommt dann einen Monat später ein Abobetrag abgebucht. Leider eine Frechheit.
