SCAMMERS 🚨

I have been trying to access my prepaid card from My Payment Vault for MONTHS, and guess what? It’s still blocked and it’s expiring!
I’ve sent multiple emails, tried contacting them through their website, and NOTHING. They promise you to regulate the situation but it’s just a lie. Their customer service is a scam or completely dysfunctional. My card expires soon, and at this point, I feel like they’re just stealing my money by ignoring my requests until it’s too late.
If you’re thinking of using My Payment Vault, DON’T. You might as well throw your money in the trash because you’ll never see it again. This company is a joke, and they should not be allowed to operate. If they don’t respond immediately, I will escalate this issue and post it everywhere !!!!!!

I've selected this option for a £250 work reward, BUT it's a scam! They steal YOUR money and refuse to allow YOU to spend it!? DO NOT USE THESE THIEVES! They are an absolute disgrace. And AwardCo are thier partners in crime for associating with them...

My work collected some money for my leaving collection last Sept 2024. I have since had problems using the funds on this card. I cant get a sensible answer for their online contact us. Same message is sent over and over asking for my details which I gave. The expiry date is Sept 2025 and I feel this is a scam just to keep hold of your funds. The Tel no doesn't work as it keeps saying can't connect this time so God knows what this company is up to. AVOID if you can!!!

CSL Plasma prepaid debit card
Have used this card for years, without any problems. Recently, the website was changed from Northlane to My payment vault. A few days ago a purchase was declined. I needed to talk to someone to find out why. I contacted my payment vault through email. The response was it was due to "risk strategy". Try the Transaction again in an hour. I did and I was still declined. Sent another email and got the same response. 7 or 8 emails later I still have no real reason for the declined transactions. There is nowhere on the website to connect with a customer service person besides email. And the response time is 2 days or more. A week later, I have had money deposited on the card and still can't make a purchase. Was declined by the grocery store for food. I was able to make a transfer to another bank account, but that hasn't gone through yet, 2-3 business days plus the weekend. So now I'm without access to my funds and hungry. They need better customer service is my complaint. Couldn't find anywhere to talk to someone live. No phone number.

Da giorni sto provando ad attivare la mia carta prepagata mastercard. Ho inserito i miei dati (incluso il mio codice fiscale), ma mi chiede sempre di scannerizzare col mio telefono e la fotocamera un QR Code. Il mio telefono non ha una fotocamera visto che non ho uno smartphone e perciò non posso scannerizzare il QR code. Ho contattato l'assistenza. Mi dicono sempre di cambiare browser e di svuotare la cache anche se il problema non e' quello, ma il fatto che non ho possibilità di scannerizzare il QR code. Mi dicono che senza aver caricato i miei dati non mi attivano la mia carta prepagata mastercard. Ma non mi dicono che altri dati vogliono da me e come inserire i dati senza uno smartphone / tablet (che non sono obbligatori in Italia, ma solo in Cina).
