An unhappy experience
I was excited when I saw what was available on MyPanier. But their communication was pretty poor, and whenI tried to use their customer service chat (it is either chat or email). They were useless. I had ordered something to arrive by New Year’s Eve, and they shipped other items several days prior to NYE, but not the one that i wanted to offer to guests on New Year’s Eve. It took them 3 hours on the afternoon of December 30 to tell me that they were “waiting for the team” to give them an update, but that they could not confirm that the item would ship as promised and that it would take 24 hours for them to tell me anything more. I told them to cancel the order, and hey agreed to, and then 16 hours later they told me they couldn’t cancel the order.
They are a clearinghouse for other merchants, nothing more. The products can often be purchased elsewhere for less money, and the folks who make the products would be much more invested in treating you well, rather than keeping their customer service costs as low as possible the way MyPanier is doing.
So, in short: I would avoid purchasing things on the MyPanier website. If you have any problems or questions that will require you to be involved with their customer service, you will be very frustrated.
