As a cyclist that suffers from back pain I’ve been using my pain kit for several months. I’ve found the kit to be invaluable in keeping me on the bike. I can’t recommend this enough.
I found the lower back pain kit awesome. I’m using the back support brace while walking and gardening. The exercises are easy to follow and have really helped!

I bought the posture kit and found the posture brace really helpful when I was sitting in front of my pc. The excises are really easy to follow and I’ve definitely seen an improvement in my neck pain and posture.
