Great experience buying from myo absolutely love my new sauna and it's been a great purchase I had a steam sauna for around the last 3 years which I used 3/4 times a week but wanted something to help with recovery from daily workouts and to aid recovery ....the build quality is faultless and very easy to put together 20 minutes or so the finish is top notch and have already recommend this sauna to friends all in all I'm very very happy with my purchase

The customer service I’ve received from myo master is absolutely first rate. I could not have asked for more, they exceeded my expectations and some. I love my cold plunge and would wholeheartedly recommend Myo Master.

After a bit of confusion with contact, customer service was excellent when we finally got there. Grace was very helpful and had some suggestions to try but alas after 4 years of use my myo lite battery has stopped charging. I was offered a discount code as well so have just ordered another one. Great little massager, highly recommend 👍

From start to finish, the service has been exceptional. I placed my order and the sauna arrived within five days. Delivery communication was spot on, and the sauna came neatly packed in five boxes. Once unboxed, it took me around 30 minutes to assemble. The YouTube guide walks you through it clearly, and the written instructions are straightforward I did have some minor damage to the dust cover, but it was replaced immediately without any hassle. I'm genuinely delighted with the sauna, the service, and the whole experience. If you're on the fence about ordering, I'd strongly encourage you to go for it. You won't regret it. Huge credit to Myo for creating a brilliant product backed by an even better customer service team.

Ordered an ice bath, chiller and sauna in a bundle. Everything arrived within a week and was very easy to set up. I’ve been going a daily morning cold plunge and evening sauna session since and it has given me such a wholesome daily routine. I feel physically and mentally stronger, less achy, and I fall asleep within minutes - which is something I’ve struggled with for my entire life. The sauna is incredible value and is such a joy. I look forward to it everyday. The ice bath not so much, but it’s usually how good I feel afterwards which makes it worth doing.

MyoSauna Infrared. I bought this as an additional purchase to the ice bath and chiller I already bought. The company is great to deal with and their products are excellent. With regards to the MyoSauna Infrared, it was really easy to install with clear video instructions and it works amazingly well. You can get a great sweat on in a short amount of time. It's just a great product and excellent value for money too.

I ordered the wrong size and the process has been amazing. Brilliant quick efficient customer service very helpful and positive, this is what will make Myomaster successful in the long run - Brilliant business. Excited to receive my compression legs. Shout out to Micah and Grace

We have agreed a full refund with Myo Master after buying one of their saunas which fell apart. They're so slow to give us back our money. My next email to them will be to beg for what we've agreed. It's now been 3 days since they once again confirmed they are refunding us, I'd just love them to hurry up and do it. They owe us that at least after all the disappointment we've had since we first came across them in November . It's been nothing but a massive waste of money and time. Myo master I don't want to leave any more 1 star reviews but at this stage it feels like the only thing you respond to is a 1 * trust pilot review.

My sauna arrived the control panel was faulty. Also the side was all damaged the floor was damaged and I was offered £100 good will gesture I refused now I’m getting blanked.

The Myo Master infrared sauna has been a game changer for me. I’ve used it multiple times in the two weeks I’ve had it set up. Fairly easy to set up you just might want a helping hand with some of the heavier parts. One of the best things is that this doesn’t drain your electricity bill either. It’s been a calming and relaxing way to decompress after a busy day

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my purchase of a sauna and chiller from MyoMaster.

I placed my order on 5th December with the expectation of receiving it in time for Christmas. However, the delivery did not arrive until 6th February—over 2 month late. This was particularly disappointing given that Christmas delivery was still being advertised by your company well into mid-December.

After finally receiving and installing the products, initial use during the warmer months appeared acceptable. However, once winter arrived, it became clear that the sauna was not fit for purpose. Despite being housed in an insulated gym, it fails to reach or maintain an adequate temperature. The floor heating has stopped working entirely, and the side panels heat only intermittently, rendering the unit largely unusable.

Shortly thereafter, the chiller developed a leak, which resulted in significant damage to flooding, which now requires replacement. As it stands, the chiller is no longer usable unless i can find the leak what is hard and the sauna only functions in warm weather conditions.

I initially raised these concerns with your company but received no meaningful response. Although your Trustpilot profile suggests strong customer service, this has not reflected my experience. After multiple follow-ups, I eventually received a response requesting proof of the sauna issues what is quite hard to do in a short video. I did provided video evidence on three times. I did not raise the issue of the flooding or property damage.

Following this, I was informed that the matter was being looked into. That was several months ago, and I have received no further communication since.

In total, I have spent over £2,300 on these products. The quality and reliability have been extremely disappointing, and the lack of customer support has only added to the frustration.

i see they are still trying to market this item as in a big sale but over the 2 years i have watched this item its been the same price its never been retail price

I ordered a Myoice plus just over a year ago and the liner had started to develop some small tears in it on the base. I contacted MYO and asked them if i could buy just the liner part as i was out of warranty and they just sent me a new one (the next day!) free of charge!
Excellent customer service.

So excited to recieve MyoChill plus. I had a few questions, which Grace attended to very swiftly. Really good customer service. Cannot ask for any more. Hopefully will have the chiller all set up by the weekend.

Had a few issues with my equipment. Grace via messenger made it easy to communicate when I am busy at work. She was patient and waited for me to send videos after work and replied early next day to give me advice. Very good after sales service.
