My experience was great until December 26th 2025 when they took away Ninja AI chat. That's all I wanted That's all I freaking wanted was ninja AI chat for $8 a month. They got all greedy, turned it into $20 a month Super Ninja not everybody wants needs or cares about. Not even a warning. I think what you did was avoid a lawsuit or legal proceedings because you cut it off without even a breath of a warning.

I mistakenly subscribed to a more expensive service with Ninja AI than I needed, and was surprised when after the first month of use I was charged more than I expected, I emailed Ninja tech and within 12 hours I received a response including the following : "the on-demand SuperNinja plan cannot be activated without a user manually enabling it. We’re a small team working hard to build a trustworthy product—not a scam" despite my having used the more expensive service for a month ( which was BTW very good but more than I needed) so all I can say is their integrity is beyond doubt and I would recommend Ninja AI to anyone

I was delighted with the chatbot features included in my Ninja Ultra subscription. So much so that after a few months, I upgraded to an annual subscription in August 2025 and recommended it to several friends who thanked me for the excellent value the chatbot offered. However, since the migration to the Super Ninja system some problems appeared. The support team contacted me and offered me very suitable solutions to my issues. Althoug things have changed regarding the program, The customer service has always been flawless regarding problem solving.

my projects may not be as huge as some others on here, mine are pretty basic. but they are still my projects and SuperNinja jumped on and did two of my tiny projects super efficiently, the coding was exremeley precise and very thourough. It did such a greart job - i eas like wow. It outshined Claude Sonnet 4 and Deep Seek put together, and i had both of those on my projects and so noexaggeration here. SuperNinja is very good! For those that had bad experience, i cant speak on that but maybe give it another try. sometimes things dont click on the first couple trys, it may rake a couple. Either way i had great experience and am totally impressed. So i give it 5 stars all across! Thank You

Superninja or super agent whatever Ninjatech.ai decides to call it isn't so super... The reality, It can't do anything more than any other LLM can do🤷🏼

I gave it a Admittedly difficult research and writing task, using an extremely detailed, well structured and comprehensive prompt, (I didn't expect perfection on a project this big on the first try) but I did expect at least the ability to create something more advanced than what Qwen, Gemini, Claude, Chatgpt, Grok, or any other basic chatbot is capable of doing. In fact in a comparison, Ninjatech.ai offers 2* super agent tasks a day, whether their "Superninja" messes up or not, your credits are used, and used again to try to fix it. While all those mentioned above except Chatgpt, have a generous free usage tier that's as capable and apparently more capable than what I've experienced testing the "Superninja"

I gave Ninjatech a second chance, and just as I found in my first experience with the regular My ninja almost a year ago, Again they are again using deceptive advertising, Making claims their platform just doesn't backup. Back then it was advertised as "Using a team of agents to complete your project" or something like that, (I still have the support emails, they acknowledge and admit to their false claims)
I decided not to pursue action last time... But since they haven't learned.... 🤷🏼 Now they advertise this "Super ninja with its own VM, that can autonomously perform complex multi step processes" In reality, it was able to: 1. Research the initial topic for the first section, draft a Introduction, and MAYBE 1/2 of the first section "Autonomously" 🫣 then advised it would need user input to prompt each time to continue to chain output. That's not Autonomous, That's not Super or Special.. that's a basic chatbot... It's the same process EVERY other basic text generation LLM uses.** But it created a sandboxed, non persistent single page website, and listed a Plain text file of the output. 🫣🫣🤣 Qwen built a full webapp that will have the entire project done with a prompt And a few confirmations. everything was really great up until the recent migration. The quality of responses seriously went down from a 10/10 to like maybe a 4/10. The superninja is more like a task agent than regular chat. And even the chat mode responses respond like the original first version of ChatGPT. I have no idea what happened to ninja's custom ai models, but seems like they're not working anymore. If anyone from ninja is reading this, have you guys not experienced the quality downfall yourself?

I'm currently in the throes of making a game the difficult part was choosing an AI as im doing this Solo Chatgpt5 Failed gave me an error when the coding was done and waiting for final graphical release decided to end it Ninja surprised me by going through Every single File and filling in Blanks that I wasnt prepared for I am more surprised by how Well the coding and instructions are that I might just keep my 150 dollar subscription on it just to keep it moving

Been using myninja since the past year. They have really upped their game and are the most affordable among pretty much any competitor. No clue why they aren't super big like Claude or ChatGPT but the sheer amount of features they have added in the last year is incredibly awesome. I code a lot and coding with superninja feels like I have a coworker who understands me and does things without even having to be told what to do. Top tier tech. Awesome job guys really looking forward to what we get to use next on here.

I believe this AI is the final stop for your daily driver. I've used every AI under the sun—hosted my own LLMs, paid hundreds a month for other premium tools—but Ninja is unlike anything else.

It can take a moment to wrap your head around everything, but as an Ultra SuperNinja user, I have never needed another tool for anything. I would recommend Ninja to any serious AI enthusiast. From Cline AI integrations to terminal access, this AI does more than you could possibly imagine, with nearly daily updates. You really feel how much the Ninja team cares.

I’ve been subscribed to NinjaAI for most of 2025, and it's become my main go-to AI tool for my day job. I’m a database systems administrator, so I use it daily for scripts, queries, upgrades, code-checks and improvements, problem solving, the list is too long.

I’ve tested other AI tools here and there just to compare, but none of them come close. NinjaAI gets the job done every single time. Some of the others couldn’t even complete one of the same tasks.

I’ve developed all sorts of things with it, C# and Python scripts, advanced SQL queries, and even custom PHP web apps. It’s saved me a ton of time and genuinely leveled up what I can do at my job 100x fold.

Support is top notch, although I haven't needed them much, when I do, they respond promptly and offer tips and tricks along with their insightful response.

I highly recommend giving NinjaAI a try, it’s made tackling both work and personal projects a whole lot easier.

One last note, for 10 years I outsourced a freelancer. He helped me with the more advanced programming, which cost our company inwards and upwards around $30k over the years. Since I subscribed to NinjaAI, I've taken full control over 100% of the development, completely rewritten most of our webapp with improvements. I've not needed to hire my freelancer at all. I can now complete all tasks on my own.

YEARS. My project was stuck for 4 long, sad years. Hiring a website design firm was $8000+. Hiring an independent Hindi coder was $600+. But today, the website was built from the ground up and it's online because of my collaboration/subscription with SuperNinja. So I am very happy, and rate 5 stars for that --in my world-- monumental success.

Allow me to expound, curious reader. I'm 44, and love graphic design, but my coding/syntax/script skills are extremely weak. I have more experience breaking my website than fixing it. But I'm a determined DIYer, and when I saw ads for AI-assisted website building, I did my research. The first company was barely more than frustration (famous.ai), but the second company (SuperNinja/Ninja-ai/myninja-ai) showed so much promise. Not only can you carry on a running ai conversation that retains context, but their SuperNinja model can swap between Ai models and write files, read files, organize files, and even publish files. Great toolset.

The journey was not without stress, frustration, ups and downs, tears and victories. At times, SuperNinja was an extremely powerful, 3-year-old ADHD, OCD, distracted, over-achieving alien. And at times, with the right instruction and a lot of luck and a lot of GREAT support from Ninjatech CS, the SuperNinja model created very powerful results that aligned with my vision. Don't let my frustration deter you from giving SuperNinja a try. I believe I got onboard early in their SuperNinja-refinement, and I am hopeful that the tech-gurus at the helm have tightened up the reigns on the SuperNinja rules and attitude.

I'll allow SuperNinja's tools speak for themselves by simply showing you the website we built, from the ground up, with thousands of messages, tasks and dozens of back-to-the-drawing boards. Meaning.Name has over 200+ page website with a catalog of over 1900 products.

I'm continuing to use SuperNinja to refine the site, optimize for SEO strategies, and we'll be building more sites with it soon. (provide ai doesn't crash the internet completely and set us back in the great 90's!)

Myninja is a polivalent AI that has some gems like deep research and superninja.
I am using from 10 months and I think I did the good think to give them my money to become a Ultra account. This months I have upgraded to a level up to use more Superninja. I dont give 5 stars for few reasons:
1) using others AI, on their platform it is not very clear how the AI is set up (token/chat, temperature, etc...) and this for people using in professional way AI is a big minus.
For instance I would like to know how many tokens are left in the chat or the possibility to change the parameters of the AI depending on the tasks I have to do like Gemini.
2) the plan in their offering are not very clear on what you get and what not. It seems very marketinf but not technical clear. Moreover every while the plans are changing and this makes a lot of confusion of what I can and I cannot do. If Myninja guys are reading: there is nothing bad in changing the plans if you want, but a good customer service would send an email explaining to their cusotmers what this means to them.
3) superninja has 3 level: complex standard and fast. Now the Myninja guys need to explain me why someone would want ro use the fast (less deep thinking and deep capacity) option if, going in the superninja ambient it is clear that I want the most powerful AI I can get. Instead to use superninja in fast mode for a research I use deep research in myninja... It is, from a marketing perspective, a weak proposal to give someone a superpower AI and then tell them to use it in a fast way loosing all the powerness just to save time. If I want somethinf perfectly done I am more then happy to wait even 5 minutes or even more (a full nighr) for the perfect output...who cares to save a bunch of seconds or minutes if I want the best? It is a countersense.

To finish long story short :
Myninja is a really powerful AI but the team needs to get better in marketing

I honestly wanted to like this Ai due to the GUI it provided me over Chat and Grok. I gave all three Ai's the same instructions and Ninja create a great looking GUI and code for me. However it was the functionality that never worked. In fact i ran out of requests that day trying to make it work where as Chat's code worked first time out of the box with only a few edits. If Ninja could work on it's coding, ensuring it works they they would have a winning product. Unfortunately it's Chat for the win
