I bought the "Serenella" ring for my engagement. Two stones fell out in the first few months after the purchase, and the customer service refused to refund the ring and only refunded a small amount of the repair cost. I do not recommend this ring or this retailer.

The stone and ring are stunning, and the engraving is crisp and perfectly legible.
I was especially impressed because my engraving was in Arabic, so I didn’t have very high expectations—but it turned out unbelievably! Detailed, and so easy to read.

On top of that, I have to give a special shoutout to Sebastiaan—he provided outstanding customer service!

He took such great care of my order, was always available to answer my questions, and ensured I was completely satisfied.

I really like my necklace, but if ordering from the UK be warned you might get a large import duty to pay. So research extra taxes before you order from here, they are based outside the UK.

2 keer ringen besteld bij mymoissanite en beide keren goed bevallen. Goeie communicatie, transparant en een snelle levering (binnen een dag na betaling). Ik zou iedereen die een verloving/ trouwring zoekt mymoissanite aanraden mooie sieraden en een goeie prijs/ kwaliteit verhouding.

Habe einen Verlobungsring bestellt, die Abwicklung war total reibungslos und ging wirklich fix, der Ring wurde bereits am nächsten Tag geliefert. Die Qualität 1a, sehr sauber und wunderschön verarbeitet.
Leider hat der Ring nicht gepasst und musste umgetauscht werden.
Ich habe noch nie einen so guten Service beim Umtauschen bekommen, so nett und zuvorkommend wurde mir geholfen, ich hatte sofort den Retourenschein per Mail und nur wenige Tage nach dem Rücksenden habe ich den neuen Ring in perfekt passender Größe wieder.
Besser geht's nicht, jederzeit würde ich mir hier wieder Schmuck kaufen.

Supervriendelijk en echt heel goed geholpen!

Voor mijn verjaardag kreeg ik een armbandje cadeau. Ik heb er veel plezier van gehad, maar helaas werd de sluiting na een tijdje lam. Ik mocht het armbandje terugsturen en zou een nieuwe ontvangen, wat ik al super netjes vond.

Het pakketje raakte helaas vermist, maar My Moissanite heeft dit meteen opgepakt en alsnog een nieuw armbandje naar mij opgestuurd. Mega vriendelijke mensen, snel contact en echt goede service.

Zeker een aanrader! De sieraden zijn prachtig.
