My Mini Factory Arvostelua 10

MyMiniFactory has been the most unprofessional and unreliable platform I’ve ever worked with. After spending months creating my 3D models and building my store, they suddenly deleted all my products and blocked my account without any warning, explanation, or reason.

I contacted their support multiple times through email, tickets, and every form available. More than a month has passed and I still haven’t received a single reply. Not even an automated response. Absolutely nothing.

What’s even more shocking is that I continue to receive sales notifications, even though my account is blocked and my models were supposedly removed. This means the platform is still selling my content and making money from it, while I have zero access, zero transparency, and no ability to withdraw any earnings.
This is completely unacceptable and borderline fraudulent behavior.

MyMiniFactory clearly does not respect creators, does not communicate, and offers no support whatsoever. I strongly recommend any 3D artist or designer to avoid this platform entirely. There are far better alternatives with real support teams that actually care about creators.

Paid $89. Got access to apparently nothing and anything i try to do it just asks for more money. Took about 3 minutes to regret ever hearing of this site.

This site has terrible customer support and an unacceptable attitude toward users who choose the $10/month Economy subscription. My uploaded designs sit in review for days until I contact support, even though their own rules state they should be processed within 24 hours. As soon as I send a complaint, all my designs are instantly rejected within one minute with a generic message saying they're "not printable" — even though these exact same files are being purchased and praised on several major platforms.

To make things worse, after rejecting my designs, a manager told me that if I want them to be approved, I should upgrade to a more expensive Pro account. This feels like pay-to-play and completely undermines trust in the platform. Extremely disappointing experience.

A scamming site that takes advantage of 3D artists. False claims and ghosing when you demand what you paid for.

Didn't end up buying from them as they stack VAT and other charges on at the end.
I like that they clearly state what percentage goes to the creator

Confusing webpage. Files that are gone. Purchased items still not ready to download—I mean, how can this be so difficult?

Amount debited from my account but never got access to my purchase. Contact page is a blank screen.

The site itself is insecure. They lack a mass email filter, leaving them open to being part of DDOS attack. Customer Service doesn't care about emailing people 20+ times in 24 hours, instead blaming their partners.

This is dangerously bad cybersecurity for the 21st Century. Your data is simply not safe with them.

They will never payout your earnings. I subscribed for two months using my paypal and when i requested payout for my earnings they told me they dont have my paypal and couldnt issue payout. Now they keep ghosting. stay away. better go to cults or anywhere except here. they will lie you

Have been buying models and subscribing to tribes for years now. Have always had a great experience with this site. They also ensure your purchased models are always accessible by charging sustainable platform fees that actually make sense.
