I ordered multiple pieces days apart and everything arrived relatively fast and days apart. The necklace, bracelets and earrings are all beautiful! Both silver and gold! I have yet to wear the pieces so I can’t speak on durability, but the quality and sparkle are truly beautiful!

Had to exchange. Two ifvthem for tge clasp

Jenalee was quick to respond to my request and rectify the situation after my bracelet broke. I received confirmations and email updates on shipping. I received my replacement bracelet and am 100% satisfied. Thank you Jenalee!

Buyer BEWARE when ordering from this website. When you have an issue it is IMPOSSIBLE to speak with a human via their website, or through email and there is no phone number. I ordered a second bracelet which is much bigger than the first I ordered and have been trying for weeks to get an exchange but cannot speak to a human. My issue is still not resolved, you literally go around in circles with this company.

The fantastic quality is wonderful! Great clasp as well.

Knowledgeable, and quick service

I love the bracelet, it's beautiful and the price was good. Delivery was fast and was kept informed by tracking.

Love it! It looks fantastic

Beautiful 😍 Jewelry

First I bought a small bracelet. I loved it. So then I bought a larger bracelet. They looked so pretty together that I decided I needed another small one to sandwich in the big one. And the matching necklace!

I love everything!

My bracelet was broke and they sent me a new one!! Great customer service and very satisfied! Thank you!!

It's amazing to me that you keep asking me about my order. When you know you have sent me a broken and defective bracelet. Despite more than six attempts to correct this problem, my efforts are totally. Ignored.

Beautiful. Bought as gifts.

I am so happy with my tennis bracelet. I received three of them. 2 larger stones and 1 with smaller stones. I am waiting to hear back from the company about exchanging the smaller stone one for a bigger one like the other two. I have sent them an email but they are busy so I still wait. Beautiful and sparkly bracelet. Looks real!

Really pretty bracelets. Came quickly and I was kept informed of shipping updates. Adds some oomph when I wear it with a Cartier watch.

The bracelet is very beautiful and I’ve yet to try it in water but I feel confident it will keep its luster. I was a little disappointed in the presentation/shipping packaging. Very unappealing but perhaps that’s the way costs are kept down. I will order again😎

The bracelet is gorgeous! I wear it everyday! I haven’t showered in it because I don’t want soap to dull the stones, but I am sure it wouldn’t be an issue if I did.

They followed up on what they stated. My bracelet arrived with a broken clasp and they are sending me a new one. Very impressed!

Communication was good. I feel the necklace is a little long for me as it doesn't lay flat so the stones are facing out so they can be seen easily. They sometimes are on their side with the stones facing down.
I don't know if a shorter necklace would help my issue.
