Very responsive to my initial contact and followed through when requested. Collection and delivery were on time and very courteous. The finished product of washing and ironing was excellent. Impressed and will use them again. Highly recommend My Laundry team.

After a duvet disaster I was desperate to get it washed but unable to get it to a launderette. I contacted My Laundry on Saturday, my duvet was collected on Sunday and returned on Tuesday, beautifully clean and dry.

I asked if they could fry clean a jacket for me that I had ordered off Vinted. It was collected the next day and they messaged me to say that after checking the label it couldn’t be dry cleaned! (Silly me) they said they would still try and freshen it up for me without ruining the jacket. The next day it was returned to me with a smile and it looked amazing! Such an incredibly friendly and efficient service. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now!
