the escalation management team is very accomodating. they will really entertain you during the issues and if you have concerns. the website itself is really helpful specially for your family.

I haven't received my refund and I did not agree to be charged with almost 20 dollars or equivalent to almost 1600 pesos, you have refund me my money on my debit card that you have charged me. Thank you very much.

Ben belazerd door het bedrijf. Een lokkertje om €2,- te betalen en dan zou je wat thuis gestuurd krijgen. In plaats daarvan schrijven ze € 67,80 van mijn creditcard. Na meerdere keren hun gemaild te hebben stortten ze uiteindelijk €17,80 terug. Naar de overige € 50,- kan ik fluiten. PAS OP VOOR DIT BEDRIJF!!!
