Sam, the company owner was friendly, patient and very helpful. The prices for the mugs we wanted were good, they were made and delivered very quickly and the quality was great.

The customer service was amazing. I recieved quick replies all the time and they listened to me throughout the process and delivered fantastic results. I was carried along throughout the process and never felt left behind. The item were recieved very quickly in less than a week. Honestly very happy with the service and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking around for personalised items in bulk.

Super efficient service and quality products

Very responsive, very easy to deal with
Reached out yesterday for a price with a tight deadline, Myimprint managed to be very responsive help mock artwork and get everything ready to order within no time at all. Would definitely use again.
