I would of rated it high but responsing…

I would of rated it high but responsing to emails is poor and that I have not received my order. No proof Royal mail delivered it due to no card though the door. V

I understand that occasionally despite appearing to have been delivered, items can still go missing so I intend on sending a replacement this week.
