Received a pair of earrings shipped in plastic bags inside a lightly padded envelope. One of the posts were broken, the other one bent. Customer service was great and gave me an immediate refund. I was told to keep or toss the earrings. I took them to an appraiser, who valued them as custom jewelry at about $20.00 a pair. I paid $29.00 plus tax and shipping. According to the website the earrings were reduced in price from somewhere between $150.00 and $200.00. I can't remember the exact price.
Based on this onetime experience, I can not recommend this website.
Ordered several items- mostly jewelry - all arrived separately. So far gold bracelet looked nothing like picture. Second, " sworski" necklace was 6 inches shorter than length described I could only wear it as a choker. It was supposed to be a long jewel chain. It was so thin and cheap, I could not even find it when I set it on my counter. What's up with this, poor customer service folks. You can reach someone but will get timed out fast and have to restart over explaining situation. Shame on them for selling such fake merchandise!
This company exists only to nickel and dime you. Some items are not allowed to be refunded or exchanged.
Even if you find an item that is eligible for exchange, the timeframe is very narrow and limited.
Then if you happen to qualify for a refund at this point, MyHabit does not issue true refunds -- I can only obtain store credit.
Don't support this company or its deceptive, anti-consumer policies.
...and by "Cutout Stone" they actually mean plastic.

They feel very cheap and aren't worth the value. There seems to be a reason why these items have been marked as "non-returnable"
I've ordered two very high end items .. one a Prada handbag and the other an Hermes bracelet. Both items were fake. I really did my homework on this. I'm appalled that they're getting away with selling items that aren't the genuine brand. Someone needs to do something about this, because some people won't go to the lengths I've gone to, or don't have time to check on their purchases. I'll never purchase from them again.
The problem was that the handbag that I ordered came wrinkled and it was not the color that I choose. Fine if the color was incorrect I would've contacted the customer care and replaced it with my like, but a damaged product is not acceptable.
I gave 2 stars because the Customer Service was helpful in having me return the item of no charge to me. So thanks for that.
All I'm really trying to say is that authentic products are easily distinguished between fake ones! You guys, I mean Myhabit.com, need to stop selling fake products to people who've worked tirelessly for their money. It is against the law to mislead others. Keep in mind that you guys could be criminally charged for misleading others. Good luck! !

I've ordered kway manfield thermo plus jacket, but on the original k-way paper attached is written that the fill is goose down, instead on the jacket it's written that the fill is polyester!!!!
Original k-way doesn't have a polyester version of that jacket, so I'm sure it's a fake!!!!
The customer service only says to return the jacket.

Ordered a BCBG jacket and MYHABIT arbitrailery replaced it with another jacket and shipped to me without any explanation.
I dropped a Leslie Danzis on carpeting and several stones fell out. This necklace, ordered last year, had never been worn. I paid $62.00 for the necklace and MYHABIT will only refund 20%. FYI....Leslie Danzis jewelry is cheaply made. Buyer beware!
I ordered a pair of very nice shoes as well as some bath items and when I received my order, they were all in a very large box with absolutely NO packing material. My shoes were flung all around and the bath items leaked from being tossed all over in the box. I order a lot of things online and have never seen something like this before. All shipments should be packed carefully so the items arrive in GREAT condition. I will never shop this site again.
I have chanced upon myhabit when I had to buy a pair of high fashion shoes that had as expected ran out of the shops as soon as they were put out. I have vast experience in online shopping being both a buyer and a seller. So I googled a bit and I was lead to the greatest site ever. Not only do they have the right size for me, they are priced very low, way low than the other fashion sites that I frequented before. I stayed on the site to browse some more and was delighted to find out that there are other awesome items as well in other categories. Like a true fashion diva I appreciate the e-mail they send to keep me updated on the latest sales! It sometimes suck because others get there before me but it's ok, I win some, I lose some. Also, a special shout out to their great after sales customer care for replying promptly and comprehensively to my queries and requests.
I've ordered from them several times and always had good experiences, even when I wanted to return something for personal reasons or an item wasn't as expected. Their CS is quick and efficient and they ship VERY quickly.

The 1st time, I received a skirt, but it was mislabeled, I figured these things happen, the customer service agent was very kind.
The 2nd time I received a pull-over. The customer service agent sounded like she was reading off of a sheet (the customer says this; you say that...). I felt like I was talking to a robot.
Today I received the 3rd shipment. A pull-over again-no cardigan. This time I asked for a supervisor. He handled it very perfunctory- nothing more. I order from a lot of online sites-have never received the wrong item twice-let alone 3 times! Amazon- pay attention!!!
You'd think an Amazon offspring would have (at least) decent customer service –– well, you'd be WRONG. I'm a frequent online shopper, and this is hands-down the worst customer service experience I've had in years. I received something from this site as a gift and, despite their site claiming to allow gift returns, I was told I could not even receive credit for item purchased through them. I can say with 100% confidence that I will never shop with MYHABIT in the future given their rude, unhelpful response to this situation. Here's hoping they shape up before becoming a casualty like so many other sites who have thrown their hats into the overcrowded private/flash sale ring. Regardless, I'll be saving my money and looking on comfortably as a bystander.
I'm hooked on Myhabit.com! I check the sales daily either on the web or the phone app. The website has great pictures and details of each item, including videos for clothing. Shipping is free and fairly quick. I've ordered a lot of dresses from Myhabit.com and have returned a few with no hassle. Not all items are returnable, but it's indicated before you order. The only downside is there's a fee to get a cash refund, roughly $4.95 for handling/restocking, but you could elect to get full credit for a future purchase. I order so much through Myhabit.com, I always choose the credit option and keep on shopping!
