great support and alternative option to resolve the issue

I noticed the paint on my Garmin strap was peeling after just a few weeks of use and reached out to support. They responded quickly, were extremely helpful, and offered to send a free replacement strap right away. Really impressive customer service—I'm very satisfied with how they handled it!

I bought a new strap for my Garmin Vivoactive 4 to replace the old one that was broken.
The parcel went lost during shipment and never arrived at the given address.
I wrote to Garmin explaining the issues , I carried out further checkings as they recommended but in no time Garmin sent me another strap to replace the one that was lost!
The helpdesk (Jean) was very friendly and understood the issue.

Ik had 1 bandje gekocht en 1 week later nog een bandje maar dan kom je niet in aanmerking voor de 2+2 aktie. Na een mail naar de klantenservice kwamen ze met voorstel 2 bandjes uitzoeken voor 5€ t.b.v. verzendkosten. Dit noem ik een top service.

Ho effettuato un ordine di cinque cinturini il 18 agosto 2026, pagando 189,97 €. Al momento dell’acquisto era indicata una consegna in circa 3 giorni. Il pacco è arrivato soltanto il 14 settembre, ben 27 giorni dopo il pagamento.

Dopo un’attesa del genere, i prodotti ricevuti non mi hanno convinto per il rapporto qualità-prezzo e ho deciso di restituire tutti e cinque i cinturini, senza utilizzarli.

Durante la procedura di reso mi sono stati richiesti 8 € per l’etichetta. Ho contattato l’assistenza chiedendo un reso gratuito, considerando il notevole ritardo rispetto ai tempi indicati al momento dell’acquisto, e il rimborso integrale.

Ho scritto nuovamente il 22 settembre, ma non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta.

Il problema principale non è soltanto la consegna tardiva. È il modo in cui viene trattato il cliente quando qualcosa non va: dopo aver incassato il pagamento, anche ottenere una semplice risposta sembra diventare un problema.

Questa è stata la mia esperienza. Chi sta pensando di acquistare da questo negozio dovrebbe valutare attentamente i tempi di consegna, i costi di reso e la qualità dell’assistenza post-vendita.

Mi sono davvero pentito di aver acquistato da voi. Dopo 27 giorni di attesa, ho ricevuto cinturini di qualità deludente rispetto al prezzo, alcuni persino difficili da agganciare all’orologio.

È vero, non ho risposto alla vostra ultima email: tra reso a mie spese e altro tempo da perdere, erano già troppi problemi per dei semplici cinturini.

Dovreste controllare personalmente ciò che vendete ai clienti. Non acquisterò più da voi e sconsiglio questo negozio.

Me confundí de medida de la correa y mandé un mail para que me mandaran la correa con la medida correcta y me la cambiaron en el momento.

Koop hier niets! 4 bandjes besteld 2 teruggestuurd waren niet goed. ( eigen fout) vervolgens retour gestuurd en die hebben ze ontvangen. Hoefde geen geld terug aangezien ik een nieuwe bandje had gekozen. Extra voor betaald omdat hij wat duurder was. Vervolgens laten ze niets meer van zich horen. Meerdere malen gemaild .. geen reactie.. geen bandje.. geen geld terug.

Een gewaarschuwd mens telt voor 2 bestel hier niet!!!!!!

Dålig eller helt obefintlig kundservice vid fel i leveransen.
Remmen passar inte Garmin klockor och för att lämna tillbaka eller byta så måste jag själv stå för returen.

First of all I thought I was ordering from Garmin and then I ordered a watch strap that was shown to be compatible with my watch. I didn't believe it but I trusted that it was correct. Then when I got confirmation and had to return the strap the email and the site I had to use were in Spanish.

De quick release bandjes voor mijn Garmin forerunner 965 lieten zomaar los. Op een gemiddelde dag was het bandje 4x overdag en 1x tijdens mijn slaap los gekomen.
Retour proces is onnodig lastig.
Retourkosten van 8,- (om slechte bandjes te retourneren) zijn onnodig hoog.

I ordered from MyGarminStraps in the Netherlands and made a mistake in my address. While the express company wanted to return the parcel, the service desk of MyGarminStraps contacted them and managed to solve the issue! Delivered with a few days delay, but delivered!

I tempi di consegna sono stati più lunghi del previsto, ma alla fine il cinturino che avevo ordinato è stato consegnato.
È un po' fuorviante il nome del sito che fa credere siano ricambi originali Garmin, ma in realtà al momento dell'ordine se si leggono tutte le informazioni, viene comunicato che non è un sito ufficiale

Pure scam. Everything is way to expensive and makes you go through a hell of a process if you want to return.

I read the reviews on trust pilot after I made my order, and got a bit nervous. Unfortunately a lot of bad reviews. But for me it worked out great for me. In one week I got my order and the quality looks great. Four pieces for the price of two!

Il cinturino è arrivato. Ma restituirlo (siccome errato per dimensioni) risulta impossibile: la procedura online non funziona. Mai più.
