FXChoice foi a melhor corretora que já operei, é pena parece que está falido, não encontrei nenhuma outra no mercado igual a essa, se voltar ao mercado forex estou pronto

I would NOT recommend FXChoice.
I have been trading for over 20 years and understand risk etc.. I had barley opened a account with FXChoice (less then a week) and had read thru all their literature and disclosures with opening a account and trading with them. No where did it say they closed the crypto market or pairs on their platform at various times.
So I had just entered a short position in BTCUSD and a few minutes later it was moving against me and I went to close the position taking a small $300 less then my entry price. buy the system told me the market was closed. I immediately got a hold of a service representative and they told me they close pairs down at various times of the day and I could close my trade in one hour and 15 minutes form now.
Really BTC markets are closed?? Not in any real world!!
So BTC continued upward $1600 above my entry and my account was wiped out.
Watch out, who knows what other shady policies these guys run ...

We are so very sorry to read your review. As we have made clear in our communications with you, your statement about the times not being published on our website is patently false.
It says very clearly that there is a break between 23:45 and 01:00 (server time) on our website here:

GO DOWN TO THE INSTRUMENT AND CLICK FOR FULL DETAILS. THE TIMES ARE AT THE BOTTOM. PLEASE FOLLOW THIS INSTRUCTION. So your statement that you read all of the literature on our website cannot possibly be true.
We also draw your attention to the Client Agreement, a document that you claim to have read, which states:
"35.2 The Client accepts the contract specifications for each financial instrument as such specifications, available online at web site [...]"
"36.2 It should be noted that trading of certain financial instruments occurs during specific timeframes; the Client is responsible for looking at the contract specifications of such instruments for further details, prior to trading [...]"
This information regarding the trading times for each instrument is also available in the Symbol Specification window of MetaTrader – again, as a trader of 20 years, we struggle to fathom that you didn’t know this.
We again refer you to the page quoted above, where we make it very clear that we offer CFDs in crypto, not the actual crypto itself. The page also includes download links for our CFD Products Guide – again detailing all schedules for our CFD products. 24/7 crypto trading takes place at non-regulated brokerage firms that do not offer CFDs. FXChoice is a fully regulated broker that provides CFDs provided by our liquidity providers (LPs)—their services are provided at set times.
We sincerely hope you will rethink this review.

I put 10k USD over a year ago with…
I put 10k USD over a year ago with these guys, I was learning how to trade, didn’t workout. I realized just holding crypto you make more money then trading forex. I had left on the account 7k for almost 2 years. I went and asked for withdrawal, they asked me to send them a picture of me holding my ID with a paper written “MyFX Choice” + the date. i sent it and within 24h my order was processed and they sent me my money. I’m usually that type of dude that always leave bad reviews, but I have to be honest and give credit to where is due especially with these scammers nowadays, but this company is legit and have good customer service that you call at any time and they pick up the phone instantly. This is my 2cents

Positive The platform is open to North America with no problems you can signup and pay using Skrill which is amazing. They have prompt customer service which I'll say yes is good but they won't do much in case of platform issues. thats on you and somewhere in the terms and agreement its stated in such manor I believe.
Positive Fxchoice is regulated and this is a big big + for me You Must Ensure your broker is Regulated
Negative There spreads can eat your account if your not careful, yes even with micro lots of .1
Negative Platform issues arise when there's volatility you might not be able to log-in or place trades. for me it was placing trades. what made me upset was it was when the markets bottomed hmmm.
Negative No help on platform or trade issues.
other than that they are a solid broker

We apologised and offered compensation for any missed trades, but we did not hear back from you.
We also note that we cleared up your other trading disputes without any problem and didn't detect any dissatisfaction from your side.

The FXCHOICE platform is good and i…
The FXCHOICE platform is good and i didnt experience any issues with trades as there was no manipulation. the trades would correctly pause when the market was closed and the spread is very reasonable, also the swaps are low and that incentivises you to hold your trades longer. overall great experience and i will continue to use the demo account as the prices are also close the the live account.

Today was my first time using this…recommended choice
Today was my first time using this broker, and it is great. It has good spreads, unlike other brokers. Im usually sceptical about brokers but I recommend this broker for anyone to try out. You won't regret this, trust me. Just give it a try.
