Loving the course
Loving the course. Easy to access and makes sense with real/true to life examples. Assignments are a lot of work but if you make notes from the course they are easy to complete, the hardest bit was sticking to a word limit.

Highly recommend
The course is interesting and relevant. I have only completed the first module but am already using some of the learning in my work. Just completed my level 2 course in…
Just completed my level 2 course in nutrition and health. The course was quite in depth and informative covering a range of topics. I thoroughly enjoyed the course and the feedback from the tutor was extremely helpful and detailed. Support was available throughout with regular check ins from support staff. The online course was easy enough to navigate, it was a little bit more time consuming than I first realised but completion dates were clear so was able to plan a work schedule.

joined the course on 16th only to find…
joined the course on 16th only to find out the first deadline for assignment was on the 18th! Really think that there should have been more guidance about the length of time advised for each section and some idea of the type of answers required. i expected to spend a lot of hours on this course but it's totally unreasonable to expect anyone to do that much in 48hours. So I am already thinking about withdrawing having looked ahead to the amount of material and deadlines etc. Emailed tutor but no reply as yet. Very disappointed

Took all my details and never back to me. I think this is the scam
Edit as I cannot give response: I sent you few emails and never got answer. It was working ok till you had scan of my documents. Then quiet. No message on voicemail. As I work I am unable to pick up every unknown caller call.

I am enjoying my course on Mental Health it’s been interesting to learn about the different aspects of mental health. I am on learning about dementia which as given me a lot more knowledge of the disease.
My tutor is always in touch checking if I need any assistance or help.
Very impressed how quickly my course work is checked and the feedback to my answers.
I’m in my sixties and it’s never to late to learn a subject.

Great support from the outset
Liza called me to check whether I had any queries before starting the course. I explained that I wasn’t expecting to start until August and owing to a family visit I would not find it easy to start in July. Liza said she would liaise with the college and let me know. I was very pleased with her response.

Thorough business preparation with some accessibility hurdles
It was great to have access to a course that got me really thinking thoroughly about all the stages of setting up my business. Being able to create a full business plan at the end, with an understanding of what is involved in each section and why it is required, was incredibly beneficial.
However, the main area for improvement is accessibility. While the learning tools were helpful, I found the assessment platform itself quite inaccessible. I managed to agree a workaround with my tutor - which allowed me to complete the work without it taking double the time - but improving this aspect would make a huge difference for future students.
