I was looking for a replacement to my old 77-3 meter. I was hesitant on using their chat to a fluke store representative, but was pleasantly surprised by flawless interaction with their representative. He was able to point me to a meter comparable to what I was replacing. I made my order from my cell phone and received my order within the promised time frame.

Material arrived faster than expected and it is greatly appreciated.

I brought my IR thermometer on line and was completely satisfied with it. I have other Fluke products--this one met my expectations for Fluke electronic tools. I always recommend Fluke to people who are looking to buy volt meters, IR thermometers, IR cameral, etc. I used my IR thermometer right out of the box. I also showed it to several people who were interested in buying one.

purchased a Fluke meter recently from "myflukestore.com".. never received an email with purchase information as stated after transaction. I called the store 3 separate times to remind them to email me the invoice, & each time was assured that I would have it by the end of business day, well guess what?? never happened. I finally had to speak to the manager the following day & told him that was very poor customer service & totally unacceptable. He said that he would address the issue with the customer service rep internally. Kind of makes me wonder whether or not to conduct future business with a company such as them.

Nice selection at MyFlukeStore.com. They shipped the parts out right away. I checked at a number of places and their prices were competitive. I will definitely buy from them again.

Ordered a test meter on a Tuesday, they said it would be here on Thursday, got the package opened it and it was not my stuff. Called the company Friday all they were concerned about was getting me a shipping label so I could send it back. When your waiting for a test meter to do your job makes it a little difficult. Tanks to the guy who got my meter and sent it to me after we couldn't get the company to do anything. I order something you send me the wrong stuff I should be able to throw it in the street.

I spent almost $1100 to buy 4 of Fluke connect 3000FC because the technical support that I contacted on live chat said it will work for data logging of my experiment. I called the 1.877.766.5412 to confirm, and a lady said I need to purchase PC3000 adapter so that I will be able to transfer the data to PC. After 3 weeks of waiting, finally the stuff arrived, and after four days of figuring out how it works, alas! we found that it cannot data log!! We contacted several tech support and finally one of them named Shawn, confirm that 3000FC main machine does not data log without module! I happened to browse other models before so I asked him if Fluke 287 is a better option, and he said it is. I then contacted the sales rep that has been taking care of my order but there was no respond. After several days caling him everyday as if I was terrorizing them finally I got return acknowledgement for my old orders. But for the $1200 orders, I didn't get full refund, it was subtracted $26 for freight. And I also have to ship the packages by myself, went to USPS and paid $48. Finally I spend another $2000 to purchase 3 of Fluke 287 and 1 Fluke 287 combo that includes the software. The website said it will arrive in 3 weeks because one of the items is not in stock. After purchase I called the sales to ask if she can divide the order so that the available items can arrive sooner, but the phone was busy, for the whole day! I gave up, my experiment got delayed for a month, and I spent in total $74 for NOTHING! After $2000 purchase, I still have to pay for shipping of the wrong stuff that they told me would work but they didn't! However, if only I got in touch with Shawn the knowledgeable tech support since the beginning, these all complicated matters might not happen. The problem is they have a lot of tech support and sales rep and not all of them have proper knowledge of their own products! if I have options I wouldn't want to work with them, but the problem is I don't have option, I do need their stuff! I'm just grumbling, letting out all my complains here whether or not it is heard.

Very good product. Holds my Fluke 79III and Fluke i410 AC/DC Current Clamp. Has lots of room for test leads and jumpers.

Ordering was made simple by the website layout and design. Prices are competitive. Shipping was prompt. My order was complete and correct. I do not know how customer service is because I did not have any issues to discuss.

I ordered a calibrated meter not too long ago. Two weeks after ordering I could not find my order anywhere including my e-mails and credit card statements. I was sure the order didn't go through.( I know, should have kept copy of invoice(I'm busy, wasn't on top of list)) I ordered it again because I need it. Two weeks later I've heard nothing. I called in and turns out the calibration equipment was getting calibrated. Both orders were waiting to be processed. Cancelled one and recieved the other meter. Great tool, calibration is mandatory for me, nice option to buy it ready. An e-mail stating that there calibration equipment is getting calibrated and that my order will take 3-5 weeks or whatever the time line is would have been really nice and even expected. Overall good experience and as we all know, the best meters on the market.

My Fluke Store is a good resource, however the turn-a-round is slow.

I purchased - I think - a Fluke meter. I tried going online to check the shipment. There is nowhere in the websites to let me check on a purchase or even set up an account. 10 days later I have yet to see one confirmation or shipment information. The only thing I know is, that the payment cleared my credit card.

This email review is the first I've heard from this vendor since I bought the meter.
