Felix is now just hard, tough pieces set in a flavoured thick jelly. Has absolutely no resemblance to meat or fish of any king. Disgusting. Won't buy again or recommend.

I’m a breeder, I buy a variety of foods to balance my cats diet. I normally don’t buy Felix, I forgot why so I decided to give it a try and bought the new ,Felix doubly delicious’ - all of my 14 cats (both indoor and outdoor) are sick and vomiting since yesterday with diarrhoea, unable to eat anything !! How can you sell something like this !? This should be illegal !!! Aside from Felix dry food they were fed Purina Gourmet, Coshida and Whiskas which they always eat and feel good afterwards so don’t even try to blame it on the other foods !!

I inherited a young kitten and she was a very fussy eater to the point of only licking the gravy and leaving the meat. However, since switching to Felix she eats it all and actually looks for more. Thank you Felix ps she's a Tuxedo cat.

I have 4 cats and they all eat felix original but since the packets have srunk by 15gms it is now costing me more because I'm having to give an extra packet each to my cats as we are in a cost of living crisis I don't think it's fair there was no warning just reduced weight I think it is very sneaky and greedy

Purchased felix cat food box 12 pouch and 4 pouches ballooned..! Open them up and meat gone off..! Cats not impressed..

Why ,why have you reduced the 100g down to 85g on the original pouches?????.would like a answer. I think it's down to out right greed . Nothing to do with dietary requirements at all just profit and greed , Awful. I for one won't be buying any more.

I got 2 female cats and one is pregnant. We use fish collection either 40 pounch or 80 pouch they absolutely love it. My cat that not pregnant always been fussy and losing weight until I put her on this wet food she is putting weight on they are healthy and also we tried new felix dry food salmon one and they love it so much. They don’t have any problems with it no loose stool. No being sick ( part from the pregnant one as it normal ) I got no issues with either wet or dry. And it only those that cat will eat

I feed 6 stray cats and not a single one of them touches the lamb flavour. Most of them refuse to eat the chicken flavoured too ('meat chunks' look red for this flavour now with too much added flavourings which you can see)
The shredded meats version needs better packaging, impossible to get all the product out.

The worst telco on the planet.Customer service is by far the worst and once i.ve addressed my ongoing issues with these clowns. i.ll be cancelling the service.Been attempting to order a replacement esim for well over 3 weeks and still no response to have it addressed.They survive on bots that are totally useless and an archaic system that is 20 years outdated.There is no phone number to contact, no service.If I could it would get 0 stars

I feed my 2 cats Felix as good it looks as a core food but when they get a bit bored I have to change it up abit and add few other brands but ultimately both my cats main diet consists of Felix. Very affordable .. very well fed cats

My cat died of cancer because of Alginic acid, written secretly: E449!
It causes all kinds of problems and is acidic, means that it attacks living tissue!
Cats who don't like this food are lucky! It was my cat's favorite food and it brang him to death!

Don't know what you've done with your cat food both my cats will not touch it now it used to be their favourite food I've tried every variety that you produce they won't eat any of it. what have you been doing with your food.???

My cat have been eating Felix food for years. Never had any problems.
In January they got sick, both of them , after eating lamb, now they are sick after eating beef.
Looks like Purina company changed something. And not for better.
Never will buy it again and won't recommend it to anyone.
Stay away from Purina if you want to enjoy a happy pet.

Absolutely love this product. The variety and quality is amazing. My cat absolutely loves it. The bowl is always finished and licked clean, he would always leave some leftovers with other brands. I never experienced any health issues so far, he is a happy, active and healthy cat.

I bought Felix 40 pouch jumbo pack, Fish selection in jelly. My cat has been feeling poorly after eating it. I've been buying this brand for many years but suddenly the quality has changed my cat is refusing to eat it. Even the colour of the food is different from what it will used to be. My advice is do not buy it and do not feed your cat.

Cat usually ate Felix... until it made him seriously constipated, lethargic, skin problems etc which needed vet treatment. After a long talk with the vet he advised it was the food doing it.

Took him completely off Felix and all of his issues cleared up within a week!

Why are the meat flakes rubbery?
Checking the 'nutrition' content and the fiber was 0.07% and full of cereals and fillers! No wonder my cat was bunged up like a clogged pipe.

very bad cat food. i will list why.
1) flies eat it. do you know what flies like to eat? $h1t. it tastes like absolute $h1t.
2) food in a solid pouch so cat often find it hard to eat especially older cats if they have difficulty chewing.
3) very very bad quality meat with weird texture.
4) cats only eat it because they have nothing else to eat. gives them a bad quality of life.

i highly recommend you to buy other brands. i understand many can be expensive but i am sure there are cheaper brands of cat fod that are actually decent quality.

I wrote a review the other day of my cat Gizmo having a problem with Felix food lately. I bought the large box of 40 pouches and he just turned his nose up on the food which did not really go with his pallet eaven though I have been buying for yeats. On this I took 32 pouches back to Tesco in my area where i bought the box explaining my cat has issues of not eating the six pouches I tried for him to eat. Tesco was exceptional explained it was upsetting his stomack and giving him terrible Diarrhea and the customer service girle listend and right away refunded the full money back on the large box and said she will put this to the company who sold the product. I just would firstly like to say thank you to Tesco who understood but also in refunding me and anyone who has bought food to take it back.., their shop. There are shops, stores who understand and also Pets at Home do give refunds if yout cat dose not take to the food you buy from their stores,,.there is a policy in place to take your cat food back if your cat dislikes what you buy from their stores to refund you if the cat dose not like it!

I’ve been feeding my 3 cats this cat food and they use to love it but something must have changed coz they won’t eat it not even a bite
Complete waste of money and now have to change a different brand coz I don’t want them to be hungry and one of my cats is never fussy with food but she won’t eat this so it says a lot
