I just love this app. We keep getting more bracelets and stuffed animals and it’s really great with all the notifications because it tells you when it’s moving and it sends you adorable videos and pictures. It’s just so cute and once I got to see one of the most adorable videos, my dog kissing my red panda stuffed animal very sweet

I love tracking my seal, she’s so cute and everyday it is so fun to check where she is at!!

My kids and I each have our own bracelet and corresponding animal. I have a Hawksbill sea turtle, my son has a red wolf, my daughters both have snow leopards. We love to see where our animals are. We've researched where they are. What our animals habitats are. What we can do to help their habitats. We've learned about our animals. We even got my mom and my brother involved in it and they've got a penguin and another wolf. It actually is really cool because my son and my brother their wolves are in the same pack. They are nephew and Uncle to each other which is really cool. I think this is a great conservation idea and we really enjoy it. The bracelets are really pretty that come with it. We've had more people ask us where we've gotten our bracelets and turned more people onto it as we go.

I didn’t like that almost all of my animals lost their trackers even though they gave me a new animal but also one of the animals trackers got delayed and that’s not helpful. I liked that I got another animal when my animals lost its trackers. You should just send the person that their animal it’s tracker another bracelet.

I got plushies and a bracelet from them and omg they are so cute!!! I have two cheetah plushes and they came the same way: soft, plush, and with their tracking qr code on the ear. As for the bracelet, it’s so high quality and the design is so aesthetic 🥹

When I scanned the cheetahs, they gave me the same cheetah each. It was not a problem though, because I emailed them and helped me into getting a different cheetah ❤️❤️

Love the produxts and the mission, logistics need a tune up.

In the App there should be an option to see your orders, without having to go to the website.

Also the drops are like a second and then gone. Maybe offer special bracelet drops not just card drops? Also offer a card purchase option or card of the month or quarter?

Shipping certainly does not need to be 2 weeks does it?

Although my last animal I tracked was a penguin, and I lost 3 in under a year, they were replaced immediately which I love. Customer service for any technical difficulties you have, is extremely fast and efficient. I truly love this app. I wish they did offer more information about your specific animal, and more quality of them. But I do get emotionally attached to my animals. I love this app.

They were great! My bracelet arrived broken and I reached out on a Saturday. They got back to me within 15 minutes and resolved my problem right away. I don’t think any company has ever gotten back to me that quickly!

I like this cool app. I forget to check my animal’s location from time to time. But it’s nice to see they are still around and being looked after.

I really like the update w/ the impact section! The tracking part is really cool. I like how u get badges! I have 6 diff animals! A seal, wolf, snow leopard, red panda, cheetah, & a tiger.

My daughter and I started tracking animals with Fahlo over the summer, and we LOVE it! We have enjoyed collecting different animals from around the world , learning their names, and watching them move on the world map using the app! It also inspired me to bring it to my Junior classroom for our Science Biodiversity unit this Fall! Students choose one of my Fahlo endangered or at risk animals to learn about their classification, habitat, food chain, threats, ways to help, and locate on a map! I love how this company partners with conservation organizations around the world!! We love it!!

I've bought many tracking bracelets for myself and others as gifts. I understand that trackers get lost in nature, but I should be offered to track a new animal, not told to buy another bracelet

This is amazing!such a cool experience to see where animals travel in their lifetime! I’m giggling at the fact my wolf for some reason has hardly any backstory and no name it’s just labeled “1835M” 😭💔

i wish the bracletes were more bugdet friendly. i really would love to buy a bison bracelete but didnt have the money to do so when they came back in shop rotation.

I live watching my animals travel and getting new facts about them almost every week! Also when I got the same animal twice and when one stopped tracking, customer service was fast, helpful, and very kind!

I love that I can track an animal and see every step they take so great to experience that. I enjoy Fahlo

I think it's so nice that you can track the animals; I never have any problems with the app or tracking my pet. The app is well-organized, with a story about the animal and sometimes photos and videos.
