I was honestly surprised at how quick and how friendly the customer service was! I had placed an order some time ago and never got any tracking info so I sent a message and Ralph helped me get my order reshipped since it had gotten lost in the mail. Super happy with the outcome and I can’t wait to add to my collection of Fahlo bracelets!

They brake really easy but it is fun to track the animals. I just wish I could wear them longer.

I love getting updates about my bison. She pretty much just walks in big circles. It’s made me want to learn more about bison. I think the only thing that could make this better would be to give random facts about bison. I will be adding more animals

The information is really interesting.

When my order was placed with an incorrect address, I contacted customer service. The help I received was courteous, professional, really everything I could ask. I am disappointed when I got my third sea turtle, I found it was one I am already tracking.

Could have a cooler gift thats easy to fly back home! My entire family loves Fahlo!

I think it is fun tracking my dolphin. I’m going to purchase more for my grandchildren to track as well.

I didn't get a code on my tracking card and the person I talked to was so nice and I got my animal by the end of the day it was very quick and very helpful I love fahlo I had no doubts that they wouldn't help because the organization is so good in general I also like how I was actually talking to a person and not a robot it was nice because they help the environment in every way possible aswell as the animals and the person I was talking to Ralph was so helpful and kind fahlo is amazing

My daughter loves to check where her animal friends are going and what they have been up to. It’s disappointing that the animal isn’t just switched when a tracker stops. We’ve lost three animals but would have to buy new bracelet replacements.

I love fahlo. Not only do they have detailed updates on the animal you're tracking but also on species as a whole.
Customer service is amazing. They reply so quickly and ready to help with any questions. Definitely if you have duplicate animals, they can replace it. Broken bracelet in the mail, they send a replacement and another animal. They're very understanding and work hard to raise awareness for all the animals from the conservation partners.

I absolutely LOVE Fahlo. I've been a part of Fahlo since 2024. I have 130plus animals I'm tracking. I love the bracelets and the plushies so much. They have become my collecting hobby and every new bracelet they bring out I gotta have it. Their app is easy to navigate. The staff and customer service are fantastic. Any time I needed help, someone always replied and stayed with me till resolved. Their bracelets are real, their tracking is real, the help and staff are real. I'm happy to be a part of Fahlo. I love all my animals and love they donate a portion to help them.

I LOVE THIS CONCEPT it does take a few days for the tracker to connect but it’s a great gift for any animal lover or to buy for yourself!

Could be better. The app is kind of boring. Would be nice if it had more ways to obtain cards then just paying for them. Or keeping certain cards seasonal etc or even having certain ones behind pay walls doesn't make it fair for others.

Recommend it for one and only one reason.
They take care of the animals. those endangered and those of abundance.
Regardless, animals require care and free from poaching sanctuaries.
