Yeah these guy are selling fake shoes. I emailed them the day I got these fake ass shoes to return them. Someone emailed me back asking me why did I want to return them and for me to send them pictures. I called that number on the site first and it’s a google voice number. The person that answered sound Chinese. Called him back and he won’t answer the phone. I have emailed them on numerous occasions. They haven’t emailed me back. Imma take the lost on these fake ass shoes. But they are selling fake shoes. I have never wrote a review for anything, but this one I had too!!!!

Poor Customer Service.
I had to email them 7 times before they finally tried to resolve the problem. They asked for the order number and a picture in every email. The order number was sent in the first email so I am not sure why they asked for it. The pics were sent in the second email, yet they asked for it several more times. This lets me know that there is no attention to detail and they are most likely using some type of AI to respond to emails.
They sent me a completely different shoe than what I ordered. They told me that they could not process a return, but I can keep the shoe, and they would refund 50%. That should have been offered in the first email, not the 7th!!
