The concept is brilliant but the execution needs improvement. Users described frustration recording their full duas and had to do it over multiple post. Worst of all, your website crashed on arafah and I was only able to access the duas in the last few minutes of Arafah. This was both disappointing and a waste of valuable time.

Easy to use in the lead up, but the website crashed on day of arafah when i needed it. I asked someone in UK to log in on my behalf and it had also crashed from their end. Server was not up to the job unfortunately. I also had issues beforehand with some friends and family not being able to submit duas as the submit button wouldn't click for the last week before Hajj. I emailed in, but no tech support offered, no reply at all. Given that i paid for the service, unfortunately it was completely not fit for purpose in the end.

Very thoughtful app in collecting and notifying of duas completed. The users all commented on a great way for collecting duas.

Alhamdullilah I was lucky to go to Hajj this year (2026) and was excited to use this service as some friends had used it during there Umrah previously. The whole week prior to Hajj, the website was very slow to load, but was manageable. Then on the day of Arafaat, which was already super hard and exhausting for us, I could not access any of my duas as the page kept throwing a database error. It looks like the admins had also changed the GUI experience. Was there any need to make these changes during what was the most important day for Dua? I stood on the plains of Arafaat in the blistering heat trying to refresh but to no avail. The website did not work and I could not access my duas. I was heartbroken.
The team get one extra star as they sent me an offline version of my duas but this did not turn up until after Maghreb, too late as I missed Arafaat. Overall, I was very disappointed. When you needed it to work on the most important day of the year, it failed. I sent in a support ticket on the day - with no response received.
Then they had the cheek to ask for a review the week after quoting 'we has a slight outage' - slight? Really? The whole thing did not work when it was needed the most.

Overall an amazing idea and when it works, subhanallah it's amazing. But you seriously need to work on your backend infrastructure.

The app didn’t work entirely day during Arafat and caused me a lot of distress. I had downloaded the duas, thanks Allah. Hence was able to make the dua. I wouldn’t rely on this app again

It would not open on the day or other days before. I could not see peoples duas or let them know I had prayed for them. Poor app.

Its good and convenient

Had loads of issues with the app while I was away.

When it mattered the most ie at Arafat during Hajj, their server went down!

I would’ve gave it 5 but two big stars was dropped. Big one was o the day of Arafat whole site crashed and I was not able to read people’s duas. That was the main reason why I signed up for this. This alone would’ve dropped the stars to two but overall I liked it so I don’t want to give bad review. Second one was that even after extending time for people to submit duas it didn’t allow people to do so for some reason.

I love the concept but the site must had an overload because it would not load day of Arafah. Luckily I downloaded an excel version so was able to do them from there.

Great easy to use software.
Very handy especially when people ask for duas. Just a matter of sending them a link and then filling in their duas however they wish. And if they can't think of anything there's preset duas.

Made my life easy on day of Arafah. Also help inspire duas for myself that I wouldn't have made if I didn't read other peoples dua.

My family and friends also recieved a notification when their dua was read giving it that personal touch

Paid for the full version to utilise properly on Arafat day as I had more than 100 duaas submitted. From near enough zuhr time on the day of Arafah till after Maghrib, ie the key point of duaas on the day; the website was entirely down with no duaas accessible, so perhaps it was available half hour of actual peak duaa time. Luckily I had saved down the duaas or would have been an entire waste of money. Please do better.
