AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

After about 6 years of waiting and emails repeating itself, i recieved an email saying that i was not eligible for a payment, although i had been told by them that i would be eligible.

Absolute shambles and a scam if ever i've seen one.

After speaking to Podgustgoodhead.com about U.K. companies claiming they include the islands in these claims, they say claims outside of the U.K. are not included. That includes the Channel Islands and Isle of Man, so it would seems a scam. I don’t know of any company offering to include the islands for these claims. Clearly Mercedes should honour claims to anyone who bought their cars sold in the Chanel lands,IOM or anywhere else.

Emails received from them even the dates are incorrect
Don't waste your time. Do yourself a favour just read the reviews, there the worst I've ever seen. Read the 5* first.

After Five years and disclosure of financial details and being told I was in line for compensation, today I received an email from these shiesters that I or my vehicle was not eligible. To top it all, all my data will be held for six years, possibly being sold on. These guys need to be investigated……

Took them almost three years to tell me that my car wasn’t eligible for a diesel emissions claim, although didn’t detail why. Totally wasted my time.

Years of promises and little contact, finally told my claim is not valid when I know it is.
And bounce back any form of communication.

I've just received an email saying that my diesel car claim has been dropped on two of my Ford mondeo cars a 2009 one and 2015 one does this mean that Ford have won the case ,as the information from mydeiselclam .com pogust goodhead states the is no claim

Just received emails from this company referring to my previous BMW's. Having never signed a contract with the company I am a little surprised to find emails stating they cannot progress my claims???

They also attached two links, a termination brief and FAQ. I haven't opened them as I suspect phishing. Why FAQ be a "secure" link?

Absolutely terrible. Been over 5 years nothing. Emails extending the period. Excuses all time. Why don’t we all contact Martin Lewis ? There is so many people here. If we all pull together they could get fined millions. They should not do this.

Don't believe the feedback on their website, their own staff must have wrote them. My claim has been going on nearly 5 years and never received a penny from them. They stated they would take 30% of the claim, then it went to 50%, they kept sending emails for the same information at 1st then nothing for months. Just wondering if they have taken 100% of the claim and the claiment gets sweet FA 🤔😡🤬

My claim has been going on for about 3 years. I gave all relevant details and since then I've heard absolutely nothing. Even their chat bot doesn't work. Gotta be a scam. Wondering if they claim and run with money. 😠

I submitted my claim three years ago I am finding it impossible to contact them. Has anyone received a settlement for a Fird car claim

I had a nightmare with this company and it took numerous emails for them to delete my information.

If there was a -10 that’s what I would give. Stay away from this company do not go with them. It’s been 5 years for me and I’m still waiting. On their website they have reviews from here but it must be fake because all the reviews I’m reading are all negative.

Constant request for the same information in the end I blocked and reported them to Microsoft as nuisance emails sure the whole thing is a scam. Went on for months and months.
And I am getting their messages again goodness knows how 16/03/2026

Diesel claim started 4 years ago , they have had all my information that they requested i have had no correspondence from this company since their email on 03/11/2023, i have emailed them twice asking for updates, NO REPLY, i beginning to think id have been better trusting another company to deal with things

What a waste of time - email after email requesting same information. I was originally hooked by the TV advert which implied people had already received compensation. Now I am wondering if this is just a scam. Impossible to speak to these people.

Put a claim in approximately 7 years ago still waiting

Started a claim years ago nothing ever happened not a penny. Think it's a scam

Is there any way of getting out of this? Nothing for years apart from useless updates.
