Voll unzufrieden
Voll unzufrieden. Die Bestellung sollte mit DPD am 27.09 geliefert werden. Ich habe mich über das Paket schon gefreut und habe auf die Lieferung gewartet. Dann kommt eine E-Mail von DPD, dass Sie mich nicht persönlich angetroffen haben, obwohl ich Zuhause war. Der Fahrer hat nicht mal versucht zuzustellen und hat das Paket zu Pick Up Shop gebracht. Vom Pick Up Shop das Paket abzuholen hatte ich keine Möglichkeit und Lust, weil wie schon geschrieben, war ich Zuhause und habe auf das Paket gewartet. Mycr7 Shop schreibt mir, dass wenn ich das Paket nicht abhole, soll ich die Rückversandkosten übernehmen. Der Shop steht auch auf der Seite der unzuverlässigen Zusteller und sagt mir, dass DPD bestimmt ein Grund dafür hatte, nicht persönlich zuzustellen. Der Fahrer wollte nicht sein Job ordentlich machen und ich muss dafür noch zahlen.
Update zu eure Antwort
Also ihr meint das ist normal, dass der DPD Fahrer nicht mal versucht hat zuzustellen? Ich habe die Sendungsverfolgung um 8:35 Uhr geprüft. Der Fahrer war in Lehrte, 20 km von mir in Hannover entfernt. Um 8:49 kommt eine E-Mail von DPD, dass die mich nicht Zuhause angetroffen haben. Glaubt ihr, dass der wirklich innerhalb von 14 Minuten 20 km gefahren ist und mich Zuhause nicht erwischt hat? Ich habe euch geschrieben, dass ich keine Möglichkeit habe das Paket abzuholen, weil ich erst in 2 Wochen zurückkomme. Schlechtester Kundenservice ever. Wenn ich nicht die volle Summe zurückbekomme, wird sich der Rechtsanwalt drum kümmern.
Update 2
Ja, ich lehne die Lagerfristverlängerung ab. Ich werde die Inkompetenz von DPD nicht unterstützen. Es sollte nach Hause geliefert werden.

Die Vorgehensweise unserer Logistikpartner, Pakete bei nicht möglicher Zustellung an einen Paketshop weiterzuleiten, ist branchenüblich und auch in unseren Versandbedingungen geregelt. Wir empfehlen dir, wie bereits mehrfach durch unseren Kundendienst mitgeteilt, den Paketshop direkt zu kontaktieren, um die Abholung zu organisieren. Der Paketshop hat 7 Tage die Woche geöffnet und steht dir jederzeit zur Verfügung.
Wir bitten um Verständnis, dass wir nicht für zusätzlich entstehende Kosten verantwortlich gemacht werden können, die entstehen, wenn eine Abholung bewusst verweigert wird, wie in deinem Fall. Darüber hinaus haben wir dir mehrfach angeboten, beim Paketshop eine Lagerfristverlängerung für dich anzufragen, was du jedoch abgelehnt hast.

Mi experiencia pésima llevo casi un mes esperándo lo que pedí y nadie me informó de nada he tenido que llamar no sé cuántas veces me dijeron que ya me traían el paquete que hoy que mañana y así varios días volví a llamar y que se había perdido entonces les dije que me devuelvan el dinero y aún estoy esperando, sigo enviando correos y me dan largas por último ya no me responden así que no recomiendo esta página a nadie por mi parte me siento estafada y como clienta insatisfecha totalmente 👎

Durch einen Fehler seitens Paketzusteller der nicht durch MyCR7 zu verschulden war kam es leider nicht am besagten Tag zur Lieferung. Das sehr nette Serviceteam von MyCR7 hat sich dann aber sehr schnell um die Angelegenheit gekümmert. Ich bekam dann sofort ein neues Paket zugesendet und durfte sogar nachdem mir das ursprüngliche Paket danach geliefert wurde dieses behalten.

Good. But not as expected.
Delivery was good and general quality of the cloth is good. But the text is peeling off and looks worn at delivery.
Nobody has worn it yet. I bought it as a birthday present for mye brother who has birthday in November. It is a good gift but the quality of the product in general was dissapointing knowing that this is official CR7
