I dissolved my company in 2023 and My Corporation has continued to charge me to " file" my (closed) companies paperwork in 2024, 2025 and again this year in 2026. I have called the past two years trying to get this corrected and my money back for services not being rendered and they state they will send money back and resolve the issue and they do not. They have now been ignoring my calls and will not even respond. This is a fraudulent company running some kind of SCAM.

I had a great experience with MyCorporation. After setting up the paperwork, I still feel supported and have reached out to my contact, Alyssa, several times. Bravo for not sending boiling plate responses and understanding customer service!

No one seems to know what they’re doing. I am seriously disappointed. I made a phone call earlier in the week telling them they need to contact PayPal to refund me for something I didn’t need and they’re insisting that I need to dispute it myself if I dispute it myself, if I dispute it myself, I’m going to end up having to get a refund for the total amount that I paid. They need competent people working in their billing department that actually followed directions and know what they’re doing .
PayPal said the issue lies on their end and for them to call, however They expect me to do their job. Unbelievable try to find another company to handle setting up your company I am very disappointed.

I had questions and called. I was put in touch with David. He was very courteous and respectful. He answered all of my questions and had my PLLC formed in less than 24 hours. Highly recommend.

Genuinely shocking customer service. Incredibly expensive compared to others and virtually impossible to get hold of. Good luck getting an invoice too. Avoid.

the timely manner for handling my request

I was sent bylaws for a general stock corporation and had to call back to get that fixed to have the professional accountancy corporation bylaws.  Then I was sent bylaws that I have to fill in.  I paid to have the bylaws completed by this company not to have to do this myself. And I wasn't sent back a complete set of minutes for the professional accountancy corporation. I paid for services that I did not get and I also paid for rush services. This cause a great delay

They are very very slow with incorporations.
They leave you hanging for weeks and ignoring you, no update on the incorporation status.
They cant answer simple questions.

Unreal what you are subjected to ... be careful what you get involved with online ESPECIALLY when EIN acquisition is SO FREE

I run 5 different businesses and most are in different states with different requirements.
