My order was a month late and not a single one of my repeated attempts to reach out were responded to beyond the standard “we respond within 3-7 days” email. Then when I finally did get it the zipper is completely broken and not even connected

The wrong color product was sent. The order wasn't received on time it came 1/12 months later. They do not respond to any emails sent. I would like to return this item but they have not sent a return label.

I placed an order earlier in February and it said it was delivered but I never received it. Contacted them with emails but this is a fake terrible company I’ve sent them about 6 or more emails no phone number to talk to a person, never heard anything at all back! They just take your money and run! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!! The worst customer service I have ever encountered and only gave me %15 refund unless I paid the $29 shipping to China. The hoodie I got did not look like the picture and was very cheap and ugly. They know how to scam people so beware!

Terrible company , do not buy from them! I bought a lounge set from them but it’s terrible to the touch , very poor quality ! They won’t let me return it! They keep offering discount but false advertisement about the returns!!!

I ordered 2 items from them and 1 item was totally the incorrect product. I have been trying for several weeks to get the correct item shipped. I get a generic email from AI saying they are reviewing my order and will get back with me in 1 to 3 business days. No way to contact a real person to get a resolution or refund.

Be wary of this company. I purchased a lounge set but it didn't fit. Although the return info said that I could return it within 30 days and a return label would be sent to me - this was not the case. I was offered a 20% return or I could mail it back (at my own cost) to China! The cost of the shipping it back was almost the price for the whole set. I originally paid $8.95 in shipping charges but to return it was going to cost me $34. Do not buy from this company!!!

I would give them a negative review if I could! The material is not what I ordered and the customer service is terrible. No response after several attempts at trying to return the product!

Absolute worst company I have ever dealt with! I placed an order on December 29, 2024 and it’s now February 12, 2025 and I have not received my product. I even left a tip on the order. They will not contact me back, I’ve sent numerous emails over the last month asking for updates and they just keep sending the same generic email every time. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!!!!

This store sells fake and low-quality clothes, all outsourced from China. They mislead customers with website photos that don’t match what they actually send. If you received an incorrect or low-quality item, here’s what you need to do to win your chargeback dispute:

1. DO NOT email their customer service. They won’t help. At best, they’ll offer you a maximum 30% partial refund. If you refuse, they’ll give you a return address in China.
2. DO NOT ship the item back to China. Many customers never get their refunds, even after returning the product.
3. When filing your chargeback dispute, select "Product Unacceptable" as the reason.
4. Provide clear photo evidence:
- A picture of what you received.
- A screenshot of what was advertised on their website.
- Highlight the differences (color, material, design, size, etc.).

By following these steps, you’ll have a strong case and a high chance of winning your chargeback dispute.**

This company is awful! I ordered Judy Blue jeans and received an item that looks nothing like what I ordered and is a terrible knock off. I communicated with customer service for a return and they told me “ While we draw inspiration from these renowned designs, our products are original and distinct, created with your comfort and satisfaction in mind.

We believe in offering you a similar look and feel, without compromising on quality or affordability.”
This is stated nowhere on their website. They also informed me if I wanted to return that I am responsible for shipping cost.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I also wish I looked at these reviews like I do with other companies because I never would have ordered from them. I've had the same issues as pretty much everyone else. Ordered some pants for my daughter and never received and email about tracking or shipping. Only thing I got was "thank you for your order " it's now been almost 3 weeks and I haven't received a thing. I've sent 2 emails that they claim they respond within 24 hours ... . .NOT! I hate the empty promises. Don't bother saying a damn thing if you have no plans on following. Through. Hell if they would have just wrote "won't hear from us and we will take up to a month just putting it in a box and send it to you." I would have at least given them maybe 2 stars for honesty. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!

I ordered an outfit for my daughter's 30th birthday party and they sent the wrong outfit. I emailed them and they responded that I would hear from them in three business days. I have emailed them 3 times and have not heard from them. Which is bad businesses practice.

Jeans are not as pictured at all. They are supposed to be Judy Blue brand..they are NOT! No brand label on them and also very cheap thin material. I have other pairs of Judy Blue jeans and they are labeled and good quality. These jeans are obviousely falsely advertised!

I purchased two casual sets before the holidays, took a month in half to receive one. Sent multiple emails informing them the second set was not included. Was sent generic email responses for over a month. They sent an email to provide a photo of packaging of the garment the package it was in, the packing slip which there wasn’t one and the mailer package. Sent all. I’ve asked for a credit to my account and still nothing. Do not purchase from them. They are thieves.

Totally False Description! The item description says, "Made from high-quality cotton for a soft and cozy feel." BEWARE: the Soft V-shape Lounge Set is 100% Polyester. I never would have purchased it, and the company continues to use this description despite 2 months of pointing it out to them. Obviously I will not further harm earth to mail the nasty stuff back to China. I just want them to fix their website. Avoid this company.

Buyers ABSOLUTELY BEWARE of this company and their fraudulent business practices. If you PURCHASE ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY- it's yours with NO real solution or resolution process for returns. They claim to have a return policy but it does not exist.

Fraudulent company. merchandise is very low quality and no one responds to emails for returns.
