HALF AS THICK AS ADVERTISED IE 2INCH INSTEAD OF 4 INCH
The topper is advertised as 100mm thick ie 4inches but is closer to 50mm ie 2inches thick.
This is not acceptable and false advertising

Hi Paul, thanks for reaching out, and I'm sorry you're not satisfied with your CloudTopper.
Due to the half-vacuumed nature of the packaging, we always ask our customers to give their CloudTopper 48 hours to retain it's full shape.
If you're still not satisfied, we have our 100-night free trial policy for exactly these cases. You can send your CloudTopper back for free, for a full refund.
If this is something that interests you, please reach out to us on hi@mycloudtopper.com.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Many thanks,
Jamie
Improved our sleep comfort
Product arrived on time, well packed and protected. After removal from packaging we found it easy to fit onto our 5ft mattress. We are both elderly and have a variety of hip, knee and shoulder problems. This topper has made an improvement to our sleep comfort though not as much as we would have liked. We’re pleased with the purchase.

Hi Hayley, thanks for taking the time to leave a review.
We're sorry the CloudTopper hasn't had the full impact we would've liked for you, but we're thrilled to hear your daughter is loving hers.
We always suggest letting your body get used to the new, soft surface the CloudTopper offers, as it can take a while to fully adjust.
That said, if there's anything we can do to help, or if you ever have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Many thanks,
Jamie

Hi Glen, Jamie here.
I'm sad to see your review here, and I'm sorry the CloudTopper hasn't met your expectations. Please can you reach out to us via email on hi@mycloudtopper.com?
We can discuss sending out a new CloudTopper, or processing a refund for you.
We've sold over 70,000 CloudToppers across the UK in the past 3 years and we've never had a customer claim the materials we use are like 'tissue paper'. All materials we use have been meticulously hazard tested and built to withstand over 3 years of repeated, daily use.
We have a 100-night trial in place for any customers who are not 100% satisfied with their CloudTopper. I hope to hear from you soon so we can come to a suitable solution.
Many thanks,
Jamie

Our new mattress provided support but was very firm, making sleeping on my side very uncomfortable. Since purchasing this topper I actually look forward to going to bed! So comfortable and I wake up feeling rested and without any back or shoulder ache. I have already recommended it to my father. Delivery was extremely fast too!
