Absolutely adore my cloud topper
Absolutely adore my cloud topper, it's made such a difference & great quality. The customer service was brilliant when I had a query, I'm sure Jamie doesn't sleep as he answered very promptly & with kindness. Excellent service. Would definitely recommend. As well as the cloud topper I bought the fitted sheets which are deep enough to cover mattress & topper with no pinging off at the corners. They have a lovely cool feel to them.

Hi Michael, thank you for your feedback. We're glad it arrived in good time and that you're happy with the product overall. Due to the nature of our packaging, CloudToppers can take 24-48hrs to fully expand and reach their full depth, so we'd recommend giving it a little more time and a good shake if it hasn't fully plumped up yet. We appreciate you flagging this and will take it on board. - The CloudTopper Team

Does what it says in the advert!
I researched several companies promoting mattress toppers before deciding on Cloud Topper. It was easy to order and arrived quickly. I unpacked it and left it to ‘fluff up’ for 24 hours. It is so comfortable! I have 2 types of arthritis and struggle to get comfortable usually, no more! This is such a thick, comfortable mattress toppers. My sleep has improved greatly and I wake up refreshed instead of in pain. Would recommend to anyone!

Topper was not as thick as expected
Topper was not as thick as expected, after the first week the topper is squashing down where I sleep as well as where my dog sleeps, when the bed is made it dips in those areas leaving an uneven surface. Disappointed.

Vastaus yritykseltä CloudTopper
Hi Lorraine, thank you for your feedback and we're sorry to hear the CloudTopper hasn't stayed as plump as expected, especially with dipping in the areas you and your dog sleep.
CloudToppers can take a little longer to fully expand, so we'd recommend a really good shake to help it re-plump, but if you're still not happy we don't want you left with anything that hasn't worked out, so please reach out to us on hi@mycloudtopper.com and we'll sort this under our 100-night policy.
Many thanks,
Jamie
