From the offset when we discovered a leak we got in touch with Ben at Claimguard who swiftly dealt with EVERY LITTLE DETAIL. From the get go Claimguard took over making this hassle free and smooth sailing.
They dealt directly with the insurance and the contractors to ensure the best possible outcome. They took care of fault finding and diagnostics and alternative accommodation. Noone should ever have to go through any sort of claim but if you do, make sure you call Claimguard.
I cannot recommend them enough.

Amazing Services
We had a leak in our house and honestly didn’t know where to start with the insurance claim process. Claimguard came in, took over the whole situation, and handled everything for us from start to finish. We barely had to do a thing, which took a huge amount of stress off our shoulders. The whole team made the process feel comfortable, easy, and well organized. We’re really grateful for their support and would highly recommend them to anyone dealing with an insurance claim.
