My only gripe with these guys are the shipping process. My other clubs ships out my subscription the same day that the money is taken out of my account except on weekends. It takes over a week or so to get your product, which is unacceptable to me. I really like the selection of cigars, but I’m really thinking about canceling my subscription to find someone who’s more efficient.

Signed up for elite. Though not every cigar they sent was a hit with me the selections were generally excellent with some outstanding selections. Some of the selections were recent releases with MSRP over $15.00. I had hoped that selections were proven "elite" cigars not just recent recent releases. My only complaint with the service it is that they are slow to send out the monthly packs. My experience is that it can take over a week to process order and send it out. That's way off compared to other services I've used. Though I like being exposed to sticks I may not ordinarily try there is a good chance I'll cancel in the new year if service level doesn't improve

I love the My Cigar Pack monthly cigar club. All of the packs I have received have included nothing but high quality and interesting cigars. There is Variety in what you can select, including how many cigars you receive or the style of cigar. Each pack comes with a booklet explaining what you are receiving. In addition, there are a couple opening videos online where can hear more about the cigars as well. Cigars all come packed with a humidity packet, and they are ready to smoke. I really enjoy the customer service this company provides.

My boy AB is hands down the most costumer forward person ive ever dealt with in the cigar retail space. The club is sincerely one of, if not the single, best cigar clubs out there.

Quality product. There are many, many online shops out there and only a handful worth the quality you receive. These guys are really good. I enjoy the monthly subscriptions and the sampler packs of premium cigars are the absolute best.

I've tried them all and this is the best monthly cigar program available!

MyCigarPack is hands down one of the best cigar subscriptions out there. I've practically tried them all, and have cancelled all but MCP. The variety and the value for your money is phenomenal. If you've tried others, but not MCP, then you're not doing it right.

I love The MCP because it has giving me a wide range of Cigars from know and boutique cigar companies. Also they have a content that feels like you are there smoking along side and Learning. Another great fact is that Alexander has a wide network of cigar owners and blenders that he knows. Also love that he speaks the language and can get deep into what is happing with cigar culture.
