Ciao Transfer is a licensed NCC (Noleggio con Conducente) private chauffeur service based in Rome, offering premium ground transportation for international travelers throughout Italy. We specialize in airport transfers from Fiumicino (FCO) and Ciampino (CIA), cruise port transfers to and from Civitavecchia, and long-distance private transfers to destinations such as Florence, Tuscany, Orvieto, Montepulciano, Positano, the Amalfi Coast, Naples, and Sorrento. We also offer private day tours and hourly chauffeur hire across Rome and the Lazio region. Every booking is handled personally from reservation to drop-off. Our drivers are English-speaking, professionally trained, and familiar with Roman traffic, narrow historic-center streets, and the practical realities of moving travelers efficiently across Italy. We meet our clients at the airport arrivals hall or cruise terminal with a name board, assist with luggage, and ensure a calm, comfortable journey to the final destination. We believe in clear, upfront pricing. Our rates are fixed and displayed online before booking — no quote requests, no surge charges, no hidden fees. A small deposit secures the reservation, and the balance is settled directly with the driver on the day. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup is included with every booking. Our fleet covers every group size and travel style: a Business Sedan for 1 to 3 passengers, ideal for couples and solo travelers; a Standard Minivan for up to 8 passengers, perfect for families and small groups; and a Business Minivan for up to 7 passengers with premium interior, well suited for corporate clients and longer journeys. All vehicles are licensed, insured, and maintained to a professional standard. Ciao Transfer operates 24 hours a day, every day of the year, including all holidays. Whether you are arriving on a long-haul flight, disembarking a Mediterranean cruise, or planning a multi-day private tour through Italy, our team coordinates every detail in advance so you can step out, find your driver, and start enjoying your trip. Exceptional Service That Made Our Rome Trip Stress-Free

I rarely write reviews, but the exceptional service I received from Ciao Transfer compelled me to do so.

My son and I recently traveled to Rome, where we spent several days exploring the city’s historic sites and taking two trips outside of Rome. With a busy itinerary and multiple transportation needs, dependable service was essential both within the city and for travel beyond Rome.

From the moment we first contacted Ciao Transfer, their service was outstanding. They were always punctual, professional, attentive, and incredibly responsive. Throughout our trip, plans changed several times, and every request to adjust pickup times was handled quickly, courteously, and without any inconvenience.

What impressed me most was their flexibility and commitment to customer satisfaction. When our return flight schedule changed, the car service we had originally booked through Booking.com was unable to accommodate the new pickup time. We contacted Ciao Transfer, and within 10 minutes they had arranged transportation for us. What could have been a stressful situation became completely seamless thanks to their prompt assistance.

The drivers were reliable, communication was excellent, and the entire team consistently went above and beyond to help. Their professionalism and genuine commitment to customer service gave us tremendous peace of mind throughout our trip.

If you’re looking for dependable, professional, and customer-focused transportation in Italy, I highly recommend Ciao Transfer. They exceeded our expectations in every way, and we will absolutely use them again on future trips.
