Chicago Steak Company Arvostelua 

I gave you 4 stars due to your website being somewhat difficult to navigate and the shipping date I received was not the actual date of shipping (later). This order was a gift and I was worried that due to the later shipping date which had the order held at the freight company's facility over the weekend the steaks would arrive warm. Fortunately, they arrived still frozen with only one steak slightly thawed.
As to the website I had trouble finding other items I wanted to buy and then was unable to make payment at the end. I used your chat feature and the young man at the other end was very friendly and helpful. He finally suggested I just call, which I did. I got another very friendly and helpful young lady who got my order assembled and closed. I have not heard from my daughter as to whether they have had any of the steaks yet but I have personally bought from CS in the past and the quality of the steaks were very good.

Our steaks were wonderful, high quality, and delivered on time.

The quality of the steaks are first class, the customer service team is fast and responsive, and the prices are hard to beat!

Ordered the 6oz. filet Mignon for a special dinner with our son and daughter. The filets were butter tender and had a such an amazing flavor, we will defiantly be ordering more for special occasions. My wife and I have come to the conclusion that if we order quality meat, we can make it as good or better than going out to a steakhouse for dinner at half the price. Quality is everything.

I've purchased from several sites to purchase meat. The only one that I settled on is Chicago Steak Co. The reason is my wife tried a fillet mignon steak and cut it with a fork since it was so tender. All cuts of meat are so flavor able.
Orders are delivered as expected and not to mention the flavor and tenderness of the meat is excellent!

My family has tried all the online meat companies for T-bone, Porterhouse, and Filet Mignon steaks. The Chicago Steak Company by far is the best. The flavor and tenderness is awesome. The pricing is competitive. The website is user friendly with great selections. We recommend Chicago Meat Company to all our friends!!!

I give Chicago Steaks to friends and family for gifts and have for years. The quality of the steaks is fantastic! Ease of ordering, packaging and service has always been great. Highly recommended.

I have ordered the hot dogs frequently. They are the best all beef hot dogs available. They are one of the only mail order food services where the items always are still frozen when they arrive, even if the package is delayed a day.

I ordered chicago's best seller box for my husband for his birthday and they were a hit with the whole family. he loved the ribeyes but my favorite was the filet mignons. everything came out so tender and delicious on the grill. we got the turtle cheesecake too and wow i would order again just for the cheescake it was soooo good!

My family loved everything we ordered! I mistakenly entered my old address for delivery and customer service was so kind and helpful, they were able to get everything sorted and get everything delivered right on time, thanks, Ayesha! we will definitely be ordering again in the future.

I just received a sampler box. I was disappointed in having such a hard time tracking it. The website shows I have never placed an order, but I ate a small sirloin last night. Thank God for UPS tracking. The meat was tender enough, but way over seasoned. Be aware that all of the meat I received is on the small thin side. Even the ribeye and chicken breasts are extremely small. Most likely will not order from them again.

I was wondering why my steaks were shipped from Costco.
This was my first time ordering & they arrived today from Costco.
Will see how they turn out..
But would like an answer to my question please..
PS: Tried the bourbon/pepper sirloins. Too spicy for my taste. (Couldn’t taste the meat because the marinade was so overwhelming). Ribbon of gristle running thru it, otherwise tender.

The company did not provide the promotional steaks offered as it was pre-tax not post tax min purchase. Unclear and unable to resolve complaint. The chicken was dry. The food was overpriced in general for what it was.

Never Disappointed. Far better quality than retail grocery meat products. Steaks are outstanding and the hot dogs are always a big favorite with guests. Can't wait for grilling season! And the shipping with packing tape has never been a problem.

Steaks were excellent. Perfect packaging. Loved that I was able to coordinate a specific delivery date at the time of purchase. We'll be back for sure!

I got the 12 oz dry aged ribeyes. They came quickly, still frozen solid. No worries there. The taste and quality were excellent. Overall a great experience. The only negative is the price - I have since found dry aged USDA Prime ribeyes at my local grocery store for about half the price.

My son turned 40 in August. He is someone who has everything so I was racking my brain, trying to think of something special to get him for his birthday. It was getting to be last minute when I remembered that he loves steak. I ordered prime, dry aged ribeyes and had them delivered to his home. The ordering process was easy. The steaks arrived the day before his birthday. He was thrilled with the steaks.

We received the steak and the roast frozen solid. We served the steak and the roast a few days later. The steak was tender and flavorful. The roast was excellent, and I received multiple complements on the tenderness of the roast.
