My Carry Potty Arvostelua 164

Ordered some training pants to start potty training my toddler over Easter. Paid for next day delivery and more than a week later the item had still not been received by the courier. I raised this with customer services but had to outright ask for the next day delivery fee to be refunded after a few back and forth emails. A few days later the item had still not been received so I asked for another update, already deep into potty training at this point. My carry potty claim they dispatched the item but DPD said it was not received. They offered to send a replacement on Friday. I assumed this would be next day delivery , given it was my original delivery method, as a goodwill gesture for the lateness however I was mistaken. It is now Monday, three days later, and my carry potty have confirmed it has actually been dispatched today after missing the last pickup. DPD tracking also had me assume it would be next day delivery based on the tracking but each day it continues to update saying the parcel has still not been received and moves the delivery a day forward. I have still not received the parcel. I am now well into potty training without a key item I specifically ordered on next day delivery. I am down £35 and still no product 2 weeks after ordering . I have had to order a similar product from another brand to get me through which has done us just as well. I chose this brand due to the heavy social media presence and great reviews but if the order is not received my DPD today I can't trust I'm ever going to receive the item and will stick to the other brand who have been so prompt with delivery. I am a patient person who has worked in retail a long time and I understand sometimes things happen beyond the brands control but I feel like I have given it more than enough time to be resolved now. Customer services have been responsive and helpful however it doesn't change the fact that the situation is not yet resolved.

Awful communication… I paid for NDD and still haven’t received my order 3 days later. Why offer a service that clearly doesn’t deliver!? Makes me want to send back my purchase once received.

We purchased a Carry Potty and unfortunately the plastic clip which seals it broke relatively quickly without much use. I got in touch with the My Carry Potty team and were so impressed with their helpfulness and assistance in dealing with me and arranging a replacement product. Great after sales service! I bought the my carry potty, the step and the toilet seat.

I introduced my daughter to the potty a couple of months before we started potty training and she loved it and wanted to sit on it and carry it around with her. I started potty training my 2 year old daughter over the Christmas period, as it’s a time when we’re mostly at home or at my parents.

Unfortunately the catch that keeps the potty sealed tight broke, so I contacted my carry potty, who were incredible and sent me a replacement within a week.

My daughter took to using the potty so well and was potty trained within a couple of weeks, apart from the occasional accident.

The my carry potty is such a great idea and has stopped my daughter having accidents when we’re out and about and there’s no toilets close by. Which would have knocked her confidence and potentially put her off potty training. I put the potty on the back car seat and my daughter will happily use it and I can the close it and empty the contents once we get to a toilet.

My carry potty also sends regular advice emails with hints and tips on how to potty train.

I would recommend my carry potty to everyone and I can’t thank them enough.

Purchased the pants which are supposed to be leakproof, absolutely 💯 not, would not recommend them at all. Have a different make which ARE leakproof. Sorry I spent the money on these as another option, they’re not anything like the other superior brand. Don’t buy these.

Great company, I purchased the potty a few months ago and it seems durable and is leak proof, the designs are bright and fun, great for little ones. We have recently purchased a backpack which has a little detachable parent handle that will be handy as he gets older and can wear the bag. The straps are long on the backpack making it easy for the parent to carry, it also fits the potty in (only just so no room for anything else in the main pocket but you can still make use of the front pocket.
I purchased the thermal drinks bottle again fun characters for little ones, we had a small issue with the lid of ours and I reached out to customer services who were fast acting and assisted me within a day (which is very rare with companies you normally wait days). I would highly recommend this company everything I have purchased seems high quality and durable. We will be getting more from this company as they have a good range of products

Originally bought a carry potty for my son back in 2020 and was impressed with the products so only seemed right to purchase again this year for our daughter who is now potty training. She was able to choose a deign she liked which made the process much more fun and it also means we don’t have to take the huge potty out with us and can take her case which is much more appealing to use.

The potty broke, so I reached out to customer service. They replied incredibly quickly, and within 48 hours I had a replacement in hand. I’m genuinely impressed by their efficiency and outstanding service. Ellie was fantastic—thank you!

Had an issue with our my carry potty. I initially contacted them via Instagram as it was late at night, then phoned first thing and was directed to email them - very quick responses all round. Send images of issue and a new potty arrived the next day, without the need to return the damaged one. Excellent customer service from all involved. Thank you.

I discovered this company on Tik Tok Live, their products caught my eye. The Dinosaur stool and seat set to be exact. I thought this would be perfect for attempting to toilet train my autistic child. I engaged in the live for well over an hour, the presenters were really engaged with the viewers asking if there was anything we wanted to see, any questions and then what we wanted to have go into a flash sale. I requested this specific set several times but was ignored as they favourited a lady in the live who was vocally upset she didn’t win their giveaway and put the potty she requested into a flash sale despite it already having a percentage off its original price.
Annoyed at this and how much time I’d wasted trying to engage to purchase the product I wanted I messaged their customer services to be fobbed off then eventually ignored. They only want to sell potties and make money from those and if like me you didn’t want a potty but a toilet seat set then unlucky you won’t be served or cared about.
Ok I get the message I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

I reported an issue with my potty and received a response so fast I thought it was auto response! They have been so helpful and efficient and less than 12 hours later, replacement on its way.

Very good quality training seat and step stool set, great price to, had a bit of an issue with the courier but customer service dealt with promptly and I had great communication with them so very happy

Pants ordered for 2-3, very cute when they arrived.
My girl is average size and they’re not very big, I doubt she’ll be wearing them in 3 months, they’re pretty small.
The protection isn’t in the full pants and my girl was soaked in 30 mins, she’s still learning the potty atm.
I did email customer service but they just gave lots of sales sbeel and closed it down.

We have been using the my carry potty for a few months now and unfortunately, the latch on the lid broke. I contacted customer services and they immediately sent out a replacement as it was still under warranty. Fab service, highly recommended!

Unfortunately the potty arrived damaged.
However, their customer service was fantastic and sent out a replacement within a couple of days.
The lad loves it as well, patterns make it friendly and welcoming.

We ordered a Carry Potty in June 2025 as we were emigrating to Australia and starting potty training. It turned out to be the perfect travel companion – it goes everywhere with us, makes car journeys stress-free, and is a much cleaner option than most public toilets.

When we arrived in Australia, the internal catch unfortunately broke and the lid wouldn’t stay closed. We were gutted because it had been so handy. I reached out to Carry Potty and spoke directly with Ell!e, who was incredibly helpful from the very first email. She quickly arranged for a local distributor here in Australia to contact me, and before long a brand-new Carry Potty was delivered.
