Useless incompetent customer service

Useless incompetent customer service. Chris Pressured me into putting a deposit down for a car to which the dealership agreed. When collecting the car I couldn’t get hold of Chris the whole day and had to go home empty handed after spending hundreds on trains

These confirm that the deposit requirements, next steps and our availability over the Christmas period were explained and agreed at the time, and that efforts were made to reduce the deposit and support you with the dealership.

Finally, we would also like to reassure you that we never pressure customers into making any financial commitments - including deposits - and all decisions are made at the customer’s discretion.

Good experience from beginning to end.

The experience from beginning to end was amazing.

I Spoke to Chloe who was really helpful and informative.

I received a pre-approved quote, got a call from the lovely Chloe, and went to view the car the day after. Being a first timer, the process was faster than expected (2 days over a weekend) and explained clearly.

Would choose them all over again.
