Redline did everything correctly and I…
Redline did everything correctly and I had no issues obtaining the finance. There was a little gap between Redline verification and Tesla receipt of the verification but Redline put my mind at rest with a phone call (I was able to get through to them multiple times to check my finance progression which was very reassuring. I also received comprehensive documents to confirm my purchase and the options I have to pay. The phone operators are a great asset and made my experience very pleasurable.

Process great, too much marketing post-completion
Getting the credit was relatively easy and the service was great. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, it seems my contact details were shared with a large number of additional businesses and the amount of spam/marketing calls I have received relating to this process has been very annoying.

I had an excellent experience with My Car Credit. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, especially my Car Credit Specialist, (Tara Harrison). She was supportive, attentive, and consistently followed up with both me and the dealer to make sure everything was on track. Whenever I didn’t understand something, she took the time to explain it clearly, which made the whole experience stress-free.
I had been struggling to get finance for my dream car, but within just a few days, they arranged everything for me. Now I’m happily driving my car, and I couldn’t be more grateful.
