I booked my car for a pink slip on Friday 20/2/26.I explained I needed the car by 12 noon and was told I needed to bring it in at 8.30 am . I dropped the car in at 8.30 am and reiterated I needed the car by 12 at the latest. I went back at 11 as I had not heard from them which I would have expected if they had found anything that needed attention. They had not even looked at my car. I explained again I needed by 12 and was told if I had spoken to him when I dropped the car off this wouldn't of happened . I said that does not help me and that I did speak to him when I booked it in . He said OK I'll do it now . It took 20mins and luckily the car did not need any other work . I have been a customer there for 5 yrs and feel disappointed in the customer service I received. I will not be giving my business to this or any other local My Car service centres again.

My wife brought her Mg in for service and a rego check.
Upon inspection, realised hi beam dont work,can't give Pink slip...car is a 2022 model...doesn't need a Pink slip,mechanic should of known this,also when told how much to fix headlight (over 2000 dollars)mechanic says....that's what happens when you buy a cheap car 🤨my wife worked bloody hard to pay 35000 for that car...he said...its still a cheap car...disgraceful.

The customer service in store was fabulous

I booked my car in at 9am, and was told that I’d have to wait for my car to be seen too as he had other cars booked in as well. There weren’t any other cars waiting. What was the point of making a 9am booking if the car wasn’t going to get done until 10am?
