Very good communication n service / polite lets u no whats being done how much very good service from woodridge my car auto

Customer Service was not great. Ist time using the company, No one running the front desk at 10am. I had to wait for a mechanic to come in from the garage and waited about 10 minutes to drop my car off. Pickup was better, there were 2 people in the office and the mechanic was helpful and friendly. So far my car is running well after servicing.

The usual high standard we receive at Mycar Tyre & Auto at their Woodridge outlet.

Actually I wanted to photograph my old tyre but disposed off too soon.Polite, sincere,informative and respective customer service although the delay in tyre order due to incorrect staff order can be frustrating. Otherwise good job overall despite their busy schedules.

I paid for a 4 wheel balance and rotation they only swapped the two front tyres over I know that all 4 wheels were not balanced and rotated as my drivers side rear rim has a scratch in it and that same wheel is still on the right rear and the rear wheel nuts haven’t been touched as the still have dirt and dust on them

I had two front tyres and a wheel alignment done

Snaps to first of all the young man at the ROCHEDALE mycar crew for all their help and advice, and secondly to WOODRIDGE crew for getting my parents car in at such late notice for new tyres even after we accidentally gave them wrong info over the phone lol. Appreciate all you guys did.
