Great front of counter experience
The staff was great. But I don't think our hubcaps were put on correctly. This meant a day or 2 we lost a hubcaps. I didn't hit anything hard to cause us to loose one. They put the wrong tyres on but that meant we got more expensive tyres for our origanal price. But overall good.

The people that work there are amazing! They went above and beyond to help me out getting new tires, put in so much manual labour and time to help me out!

The service was fantastic
I went in for a service, wheel rotation and wheel alignment. I came out driving a car that wants to be on the road and was informed about certain parts that that they have taken note of because there is signs of wear and might need replacing in future services. Nothing that concerns with safety as they would've rang, to have it replaced. This is the type of service that I appreciate as it shows they did look over my car.

I booked online for a 1pm drop of and 4pm pick up, text came through at 3.30pm saying finished car and I asked if they could look at my water squirter for the wipers as it was blocked, all done with blackened tyres, great job.

I have had several services, as well as new tyres on two cars, every time, I have been stunned by the absolutely 💯 percent quality of the work, timing and ease of booking and genuine openness of My Car.
