Sent vehilcle in for an engine oil leak repair which was done but came back with massive transfer case leak that was not there before. Refused to take any responsibility. Very poor

These guys, if ever they make a mistake (rarely do ) they own it. Even going out of their way to cover the cost of towing, parts and service. Could not be happier with them. Thankyou Aaron, Victor and all the lads at MyCar Warwick. Highly recommend them for repairs and service.

I had two cars change tyres. I was advised promptly and the job was completed much quicker than estimated time.

Staff were very helpful wth my flat tyre.

I had my car booked in for a service. Received a call at 11:43 to tell me it was all sorted and ready to collect.
Walked down to collect which was just over an hours walk and arrived at 1:15 for them to tell me it wasn’t actually ready and they had made a mistake.
I didn’t want to walk back home as it would have been another hour back and had other commitments to pick kids up from school. And also made me miss my daughter’s interschool sports….
Asked the guy on reception are they going to pay for a taxi for me. Got told no I could wait and it would be done “soon”. Ended up waiting for 1 hour and 15 minutes, with the car eventually being ready just after 2:30. Wasting my time…..

Great online booking system that looks up your car make and model and gives fixed pricing for each log book service defined by the manufacturer. Warwick was great and able to meet an earlier pick up time to suit school pick up. Good communications from drop off to collection.
