Car service was great, and covered all areas requested. Only cause for concern was the very poor telephone connection when I tried to ring to see what time to pick up vehicle. Very crackly sound and the persons voice kept fading in and out. Iteas very difficult to communicate.
Other than that, the experience was positive

Tyre shop I have ever met in 70 years. Courteous, honest and went the extra mile.

Pretty disappointed with the lack of communication, had stated on online booking when I was dropping and picking up. Had to wait around for an hour for it to be finished, wouldn't acknowledge that there was an issue that I mention a many times and told me to take it to the dealership for them to deal with it. Not able to get a pink slip again which I stated on my online booking.

The service was quick, which I appreciated. However, I was expecting that they would address other issues they felt needed attention, rather than only changing the engine oil. When I went to pick up my car, I was told there was oil leak somewhere in the car, which I had assumed would have been fixed before collection. In any case, thank you for completing the service on time.

The experience was generally good, tyres were fitted relatively quickly and staff were polite. Car was meant to have a wheel alignment at the same time as 4 new tyres however when I asked for the results of the wheel alignment, they couldn’t be provided because the printer wasn’t working and when I asked for a photo of the results off the machine, I got told the computer doesn’t store previous results. Not impressed, was assured the alignment was done but would prefer to see the results to know for sure. Otherwise my car are pocketing 90 for every wheel alignment and not doing it

I was treated to extra serice in connection with my 80000kservice, but the extra was made a day later and gratis.
Was quite impressed and appreciate R's thougtfulnes

First of all they stuffed up my booking and I had to rebook on another day. Service work completed ok. They still haven't sent a quote for the work required and they didn't reset the code on my dash. And they got my name and address completely wrong on the invoice.

I was booked in for a 305,000 service-which I paid for as a major service. Time allowed- 8am to midday. If that is not long enough for this service then I think you should be told that upfront because when I arrived they didn’t want to do it, there was not enough time. I was prepared to re-book another time but suddenly with a grumble I was told they would put on 4 or 5 more mechanics to get it done.
When I came to pick up the car I was told that the light bulb over the number plate needed to be replaced but hadn't been done, after some confusion they realized they had the wrong paperwork and that was for a different car but the fuel filter wasn't done because they didn't have the part.
Then they found the part but it was too late to get that done, so I now have to go back again on Sat to get this service completed. I asked could I get my pink slip done at the same time and the answer was no they can’t do that on a Sat.
I was made to feel this was all my fault for not allowing enough time for the service- I didn't appreciate the attitude.
Having said this , your Narellan MyCar guys do a great job.

Felt very rushed, not heard initially with what my main concerns were. The issue I was concerned with (the lights on my dash) are still there. I was about to be charged a a price over $100 but the service desk guy stopped midway through saying price when he realised I’d already paid for the $250 package which included a variety of things. Made me uncertain as to whether they did the extra things I’d paid for.
Also specified a few times about a leaky tire. Clarified before getting my car that it had been done. They were very apologetic when they’d realised they’d forgotten and got straight on to doing it (hence upgraded to score of 2)

The car had no issues prior to giving service… I opted a logbook service just as a routine maintenance. Now, the windshield wash pump is not working & ACC is disabled for some reason. No idea if they unplugged few connections & forgot to reconnect. Lot of problems were overlooked or was unnoticed & I had to point each one of them after servicing… overall a bad experience and will prefer company authorised service centres
